I have NOTHING but amazing things to say about living here. MY gf and I moved here in the middle of COVID and the HS team made it seamless. The property manager, Hannah, responded to every question we had promptly with such kindness. Johnea & Jeremy run the front end and deal w/ my daily questions and comments on my way in for coffee with a smile. (More on the coffee in a moment). They are very informative and if they don't know they find out for us. Really great people and laughs!

I have family living at Hudson Square Apartments. When I visit the complex is always very well kept, clean and having excellent customer service. The clubhouse is always so welcoming and beautifully decorated. Coffee and refreshments have been readily available (although this is most likely on hold at the moment due to Covid-19 guidelines from the government). Hudson respects and honors the guidelines.

We have had nothing but great experiences since we moved in here in April. We enjoy the community, the leasing office and the surrounding areas so much. If we have a need for maintenance they are always here in a timely manner to fix whatever issue we are having. We would definitely recommend Hudson Square to a friend.

Hudson Square in nothing like what management wants you to think it is. We were so impressed when we came to tour and felt like it was going to be our "home" but things quickly changed when we moved in. We lived in a two bedroom, one bath unit. When we moved in, the carpets were DRENCHED. Not just slightly damp from a carpet cleaning but so wet to the point that the floors in the kitchen and bathroom were starting to bubble from the moisture coming from the carpets. There was also a giant hole in the bathroom ceiling that management promised us would be fixed in 4 days
