Don't get me wrong, food is very tasty & the ambiance is great. My only qualm is That their pork belly is cut very thinly; leaving it to seem like there aren't as many options as I would expect for an ayce kbbq. Will I come back? Whenever willing, but just wish their pork belly was ACTUALLY cut like pork belly

Great option for all you can eat Korean BBQ. Come here on an empty belly because you will definitely leave full.
Everything cooks quickly, the beef is definitely my favorite. It brings me great pleasure dipping my beef in some house Korean bbq sauce.
Our table was sanitized, before sitting. The waiters/waitresses are very attentive and will keep your stove clean and your water full. I definitely will be back!

Terrible, poor service. Before we order the food,My friend and I placed an order for drinks, but they never brought them. I asked the waiter. She was very angry and said, "It's not my job. You didn't place an order with me." There were two female waiters who were wearing masks that day. I'm not sure who they are, Even if we are not happy, we still tip 20%. When we left, there were three girls talking at the front desk, no thanks, no goodbye, We will not go back again.

37/person for AYCE bbq+hotpot
Service was prompt and checked on our table multiple times.
As for the food, I was really underwhelmed with the quality of meats. The pieces of galbi were uneven and I one of them was 1-2 inches thick, which isn't a normal cut. A lot of the meats were tough, even the thin cut that I cooked very quickly on the grill.
I ate quite a bit to try the various cuts of meat. In the end, hot pot was more enjoyable. If I could go back, I would opt for AYCE hot pot rather than both. I had too high of expectations for this place. The sauce bar can only fit three people

Had their hot pot twice. I do not recommend their spicy broth. Is so bland, it tasted like water with chili oil. After that, it was hard to eat anything else. Definitely not worth the price. I can't give a fair review since I didn't try their KBBQ. I tried my friend's original pork broth and that had waaaaay more flavor.

I go to many KBBQ and this is one of the places I frequent most. Worst service I've experienced here or compared to other restaurants. I waited about 30 minutes for our second round of food, never got water, forgot to bring pancake seafood, seaweed salad, kimchee, and the extras. Waiters were rude. Never coming back again.

Worst experienced I've had at this restaurant. We come here every year around the holidays, usually to spend mine, my daughter, and another occasion at this restaurant. First time I truly feel like the service was disappointing. It was not even an extremely busy hour. waiter Bing, was rude from the beginning, dismissed our order. We order 6 types of cuts (meat) and only received two. When we asked why, he rudely said "finish it all then ask more," there was too little food for the amount of people we had in our group. He never came back, we did not have water refills, no napkins

I'm from Miami and I choose to spend every birthday here in Philadelphia; I also choose to eat at Nine Ting every said birthday. Out of the past 7 years of this "tradition" this is probably THE worst service I've ever gotten at this restaurant. It used to be my favorite and most wanted time of the year. Now my group and I are never coming back to this place.
Bing, our original waiter, had a terrible attitude when he first came to our room (we had 6 people, therefore needed the bigger room). We had ordered one style of meat per person, squid and seafood pancake for

It was great and all that they were able to accommodate a group of 7 on a Saturday late afternoon. The patience of the wait staff to take our confused and mumbled order from 7 different people was amazing.
However, if I'm about to pay almost $50 for an all you can eat hotpot and Korean BBQ experience, I expect to be wowed by the food or at least a handful of items. The quality and taste of the food was a bit below average in all honesty. The cuts of meat with very fatty. The steak cubes were too peppery.

Review for bbq altho half of us got the hot pot. pretty low quality kbbq, better hot pot, which makes sense as I think it's just a hot pot power unit/restaurant in general with a metal grate on top. not a good selection of meat/veggies. definitely better kbbq places (maybe not in center city tho which is how they manage to still be the go to spot).
also waiters are awesome and take good care of you, but the manager is not great. overall for $30 pp you can get better bbq up north or out west.

This might be the greatest restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. I don’t even live in PA anymore and I fly in specifically just to eat here. You also eat for free on your birthday and if you’re getting anything ALWAYS get the all you can eat BBQ. The sauce mixing station here is a GODSEND!! The food is always tremendous. They recently added prime rib as well and the fact that they’re open late and have BYOB is amazing! I really hope they stand the test of time as I will be flying into Philly solely to come here for years to come!

Hungry to come Chinatown looking for a good KBBQ spot, I had completely forgotten I had come to Nine Ting 2 years ago for Hotpot -- one of my favorite memories from 2019. As I entered, everything was the exact same as I left it (except more COVID-friendly precautions).
Ordering from the KBBQ menu, we were hit with a decent number of options to satisfy our appetites. The small plates came as we decided to get the beefs, lamb, and chicken. The plates were good except the Kimchi didn't appear fresh. For a chinese place that runs Korean barbecue, the options were as we expected. While this might

First time here.
First time doing Korean BBQ since 1992.
All the ingredients were pretty good.
Service was pretty good even though my 55 year old ears can't always hear the soft spoken servers.
I really think you need to know what you're doing or know what to expect at a place like this.
I also think it may be better with more than 2 people.
Good experience though. I guess I just prefer to go out and spend a decent chunk of money and have someone else prepare my food. I go out for a treat. I can cook at home.
Also the floor was unbelievably slippery throughout the dining area

While taking a nice stroll through Chinatown on a lovely Saturday afternoon my family and I became hungry. Family vote was for something we couldn't get back home so AYCE Korean BBQ won.
We were sat at a table with an in table grill. Since it was our first time the staff helped us with setting everything up. The selection of meats and sides is very good. Lots of options to choose from . There is also a sauce bar that you can make a nice marinade or dip for the meat. Food comes out very quickly. Our servers were very nice and filled our requests fast. All and all price was right, food was good

This is a hidden gem everyone should try. They offer hot pot and Korean BBQ all you can eat. It's super authentic food that is of great quality. I highly recommend just spending the extra money and doing both the All You Can Eat Hot Pot and Korean BBQ, you won't be disappointed.
On top of the amazing food and unique experience, their service is top notch. They are very attentive when it comes to clearing plates, changing out your bbq grill, and making sure your hot pot has enough brother.
I absolutely love this place!

Do you like both hotpot and Korean bbq but can't choose? This place has both options and both are all you can eat. There's a vast amount of selections for either hotpot and Korean bbq, with your typical meats, seafood and vegetables. I really enjoyed the Korean bbq and the service is very good. The waiters and waitresses are very attentive and comes by often in case you want to order more or they change the grill if it gets too burnt. There's a great selection of sauces for hotpot and Korean bbq. The bathroom is very clean! They have really nice faucets.

*WOULD RECOMMEND FOR HOTPOT*
If you're looking for a decent all you can get hotpot and/or kbbq place for a good value in Philly Chinatown, this place for you! They have a large selection of meat, seafood, vegetables, and noodles that you can get for both, though I think the selection for hotpot is larger and better than Kbbq. You use your phone to scan the QR code to get the list of all ingredients you can get and just tell the waiter whatever you want, and of course you can order as you go as well.
