I just went to look at apartments, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was really polite and helpful. They performed an excellent job of questioning me and attempting to understand what was important to me. This was not my normal experience with a leasing agency. The place seemed to be quite good, and it is in a fantastic position.

Google...you are about to hear from a very happy tenant! :) The last three years have been wonderful for me. I'm overjoyed, and this is seldom the case for this grouch. The apartment's enormous pool constantly astounds me with how much fun we have on weekends. Add in the dog park, a tennis court, a BBQ cooking station, a gym...and did I mention the BEACH? Every member of the management team and all the maintenance guys goes out of their way to help. There's no better place than the Oceanfront Galveston Apartments!

I am from San Antonio, and saw this place on Facebook market. Fell in love with the price and how it looked ONLINE. Once I finally pulled up the the apartment place, I quickly realized it DID NOT LOOK like the pictures online AT ALL. It has so many roaches, I currently pay rent here but hardly stay at my place. I can't even cook food in peace without getting grossed out with something crawling around :(. I will say Anna is so sweet and has been very helpful. But if you're just moving to the island, don't live here. It has been a nightmare with the roach infestation and water leaks. I can't wait

Ummm...with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, a renovated bathroom, and I can see the Gulf of Mexico from my balcony!!! My apartment is just stunning! I highly recommend it. This is by far the most beautiful house I've ever lived in. Thank you to Brittany for being so kind when I first arrived. In a few months, I'll be renewing my lease with great pleasure.

It was a pleasure to call Oceanfront Galveston Apartments my home! Throughout my year here, I felt completely secure. Whenever there's an issue of any kind, it's immediately rectified. The complex is beautiful and well-maintained. If you have a problem, the front office personnel is helpful and ready to help. You can see that they genuinely care about you as residents, not simply paying consumers. When there are problems, they are quickly fixed thanks to the prompt maintenance. I've lived here for a few years and it's a fantastic location. The office staff is wonderful and always courteous; if I need something corrected, they are quick to respond, and whenever I have a question, they are always eager to help. This is an apartment in Galveston that I strongly suggest. It's at a great spot on the seawall and walking distance to Pleasure Pier .

A little history: I lived at Oceanfront from 2012 - 2013 when the property was owned and managed by Arcadian Communities. I found Oceanfront to be a great community with amazing views, friendly staff and low-maintenance. The Arcadian manager (Vickie) was fantastic to work with and made sure that all my maintenance needs were met. They made my stay at oceanfront very enjoyable. In 2013, right before my lease ended, Arcadian Communities sold this property to First Capital Advisers. From what I understand, First Capital Advisers made false promises to residents, some of which included Apartment renovations
