We have built a culture and community of people that are goal-oriented and motivated "The strength of the wolf is in the pack". All of our members were just as nervous to get started. They know what it is like to attend their first class or have some struggles. Together, we go through a warm-up, skill session, and complete the Workout of the Day.

We've seen members help each other in the gym, share healthy recipes, and meet outside of the gym. A general fitness program that involves multi-joint, natural movements designed for a whole-body, overall workout. High intense workouts trigger a recovery response in your body that allows it to continue to burn calories long after the workout is complete.
Services
CrossFit group classes are great because you don't have to figure out what you are going to do when you walk into the gym. We handle that for you! Each day we have a different workout. Together, we go through a warm-up, skill session, and complete the Workout of the Day. We've seen members help each other in the gym, share healthy recipes, and meet outside of the gym.
At CrossFit Brighton we have an amazing community of people that accomplish extraordinary achievements every day. CFB Ambassadors are made up of a small number of members from the CFB community who are great role models of our gym. They embody everything we strive for at CrossFit Brighton. Continue to help build a positive and supportive community where members feel they are a part of something bigger than themselves.
These training sessions are scheduled with one of our coaches outside of our group classes. This will allow you to learn foundational movements to ensure success in the group classes. You will work hard, but at a rate that is conducive to your fitness level and our coaches will assess any special accommodations or modifications you may need moving into our group classes.
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many division 1 sports programs, military units, police academies, and Olympic athletes. The methodology is built around constantly varied functional movements done at high intensity and combines cardiovascular activities, weightlifting, and gymnastics in as many ways as possible.
These classes are a great, fun way to help young athletes develop stronger core strength and better conditioning preparing them for any sport they choose to play. Interested in having your daughter or son try a free class? Our CrossFit strength and conditioning program includes basic bodyweight/light-weight exercises along with plyometric, quickness, agility, and other athletic movements.

Darcie Donaldson has really helped me with my Physical fitness improvement and getting into healthy shape. She is a dedicated Trainer who is Tough but Compassionate and pushes me to my limit. All of the trainers/instructors are very friendly and helpful. The community is also very friendly and helpful. There are a number of different classes every day making it easy to fit the gym into a busy schedule. My wife and I have been going here for a few months and both have noticed a notable difference in how we are feeling each day. This place is great!

I started at this gym about 3 months ago and I couldn't be happier with the results, the staff, and the other members! Great environment where everyone helps you out, the coach's are super knowledgeable and if your looking to get your nutrition in check work with Darcie, she's amazing! Literally can't say enough good things about this place!!

I’ve been doing crossfit for nine years. I joined this box three months ago and I love their programming, trainers, and owners. Great community and vibe at this gym. They truly care about your goals, progress, and safety. They accommodate all levels of fitness, with many variations of scale. Love this place.

I was admittedly very skeptical about joining a crossfit gym with all the stereotypes associated. This gym breaks the mold...The entire community here is a big family full of amazing supporters personally, professionally, and in your health journey. Great people both instructing and participating!!!! A variety of workouts every time I go and it's not intimidating - I do what I can do which often looks much different from others which is totally fine. I get the push I need and that's something I would never do on my own. 😃😃😃

I had a lot of anxiety about working out in a classroom type of setting. The foundation classes were 1 on 1 so that got me in the door. When it was time to do a class I was again terrified but quickly realized my fear was for nothing. The coaching staff and fellow gym goers are so comforting and reassuring. I’ve been going to CF Brighton for 3 months now and love showing up. If you’re on the fence I’d suggest trying it out. It’s a very positive environment and I always leave with a smile.

This is a great gym that feels like a family. The owner has called me several times during the Stay at Home order just to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. If you want health and wellness, this is the place to go!

Joining Crossfit Brighton was the best decision I have ever made. I never imagined that I could be completing workouts but I look forward to going as well. I love this place and will admit I was nervous to try CrossFit back in January when I was ready for a change. I’m a 37 year old yogi/former runner and thought all the weights and equipment looked scary. But by my second class I was hooked for many reasons; everyone (owners, instructors and members) is super nice, welcoming and helpful, I’m… learning how to properly strength train, my yoga practice has improved and I feel better than I have in years. I leave each class feeling great and my back pain is diminishing. They’ve also found awesome ways to keep me and others motivated
