Our core values guide our mission and the choices we make for the studio, for our community and in our own personal practices. We believe all individuals should feel valued, recognized and accepted for who they truly are. At Sangha, this means respecting the abilities, beliefs, backgrounds and cultures of those around us.

The Daysies, selected by Seven Days readers + Vermont residents, provide a guide to much of what's great about this state. As the yoga community continues to transform, we look to the next generation of leaders for clues about what's next. These 15 rockstar teachers, all age 30 or under, have their mudras on the pulse of the millennial yoga scene.
As part of our mission to build community through yoga + connection, we offer a variety of special classes, series and workshops. These classes can be based around a specific skill - like an inversion workshop - or they are created as a unique and different offering that you might not see on our regular drop-in schedule.
Our monthly $60 Sustaining Memberships allow us to bring more yoga to more people by providing the financial ability to offer membership scholarships to those experiencing financial difficulty, Community Yoga Programs for specific populations, and donation-based drop-in classes where folks pay what they can.

When I walked into this studio for the first time, it felt like I was coming home. I was immediately greeted like an old friend (nothing transactional about the interaction) and given a quick tour. They have a wide variety of offerings, and all of the instructors I've met are very experienced. They also do a lot in the community, which is wonderful to see!

I love Sangha! The space is always clean and has everything you need. I love the variety of class times. I have a funky work schedule but I can always find a class time that works for me. There's a great variety of instructors so every class is truly unique. Sangha is my favorite yoga studio in Burlington!

Sangha Studio and the teachers there do an amazing job of welcoming each student who enters the space. It feels like you're a part of the community when you attend classes, more so than any other studio I've been a part of. Classes are spread out throughout the day and the week so there are varying options of styles and levels. Last but not least, I adore the fact that it's a non-profit and classes are by donation, plus the membership is affordable. Thanks Sangha :)

As a teacher, I love teaching in these beautiful studios. Excellent students, dedicated teachers, a really special place to be a part of. In particular, I think Sangha encourages a beginner's mindset so no matter how long you've practiced, there is an attitude of discovery inherent in so many of the classes, making it a great place for beginners and seasoned folks alike.
