I’ve lived here a little under a year, apartments are very clean and the one I am in is very modern.
I’ve only run into a couple reasons to have to call maintenance or the office in my time being here but everytime I have the office manager, Travis, has responded very quickly and professionally.
This is a great location ran by great people.

So me and my girlfriend are looking for a place together. Online the listing price for a 2 bedroom apartment goes for $825 when we get there to the office the manager said it was around $850-950. He was trying to tell us that the utilities and everything is the reason why it was so high.just so you are aware the picture is straight from their website. Just wanted to point that out. Their pricing range is $740-$805.

I enjoyed the time we lived in our apartment home which was 4 years. The staff are professional and courteous and the grounds are well maintained. There are lots of children which was great for my kids, I really like that the playground was right outside my home duo i could check on them. I would recommend this complex as a family friendly place to live.

Great experience! Management (Rod and Kelly) were awesome to deal with. The unit we rented was clean and in good condition. Any repairs needed were handled promptly and efficiently by maintenance (Brandon). The grounds were always kept up nice. Our building was quiet and the neighbors were great. We highly reccomend Somerset Meadows! Thanks for a great experience we enjoyed our time there.

The staff at this apartment complex is extremely helpful and friendly! We were moving from across the country and on top of that were on a 5-week vacation where we did not technically have a home during that time we were moving. They were so helpful in working with us on our move-in dates, changing it multiple times for us (once the day before!) We were moving into the apartment while waiting for our house to be built here in Spokane and they worked with us and the builder's schedule, even letting us out of our lease early and not charging us for the last month of our rent.
