I have lived in a number of apartments over the last few years, and I have to say that the Reserve at Belvedere has impressed me the most. The property is very well maintained, aesthetically appealing, the units are like new, and the amenities are exceptional. The staff are friendly, helpful, and competent. The two maintenance requests I’ve submitted during in my time here were promptly fixed on the day the requests were submitted. I would highly recommend this quiet community, and I’ll be sad to go when I finish my graduate degree at UVA.

We've lived at the Reserve at Belvedere for three years now, and it is by far the best-run apartment complex that we have lived in.
- The apartments themselves are very nice: spacious, with good layouts. The stainless steel appliances and the lack of wear and tear (at least in my unit) make the apartment look nearly brand new. The pool and fitness center are also impeccably maintained. My neighbors are either very quiet or the apartments have excellent sound-proofing.
- What has really set the Reserve apart, though, is the quality of the management. Any maintenance request is addressed

Staff (both management and maintenance) are responsive, respectful, and friendly. Multi-bedroom floorplans (loft recommended) allow for plenty of shared and private space alike for roommates in today's rental reality. Interiors are well-designed with lots of storage. Location is highly convenient. Amenities are great. Highly recommend.

I have only lived here a short while but the leasing staff including Anthony, Regan and Ashley have gone above and beyond! The maintenance staff has been wonderful as well and I am very happy I chose this community. The staff is very knowledgeable in local stores, amenities and advice. Great place to live!!!!!

In the past 10 years I have lived and rented in 6 different countries/states and I have moved 8 times. This is, by far, the WORST management I have ever encountered. Do not be fooled by the appearance of the complex. It is a facade for incompetence. When we first moved in we were very happy, but after the management in the office changed, everything became terrible. Here are a handful of negative encounters while living at the Reserve at Belvedere (since management changed):
- On the day we adopted our dog, as an honest person, I promptly paid the pet fee in addition to the first month's

I have lived here for six months and would have expected to see more reviews, and all of them five stars. This place is wonderful and I have lived in many different apartment complexes in my life. The entire staff is attentive and friendly and the amenities are endless. I checked out many other apartment communities before deciding on this one, to include looking at crime stats and complaints. If you want a clean and safe living environment, along with having great neighbors and lots of activities, you will not be disappointed with living at The Reserve.

Just got back from visiting my best friend and this place left such a good impression on me that I just knew I had to come share the experience for others to know how amazing this place was. From cleanliness to the atmosphere. The finishing touches really give it that waow effect to the space. They even have events. Just amazing how it's all put together.

Only good thing is the location. Moving out experience was not good. The last date on the lease was a Sunday and their office is closed on Sunday so I asked if we could meet with them on Monday to hand over the keys and go over everything. They said no leave the keys in the office. Then they offered a cleaning service which would hopefully prevent the need for further payment and speed up the process, which was more than 300 dollars. We thought that this was a bit steep but if that is all we need to spend extra that would be worth it and paid. After moving out, management didn't send anything

The Reserve at Belvedere is an amazing community and a welcome escape from urban living! The apartments are phenomenal and it is nestled right in your own little bit of nature. All of the staff are top notch and the facilities are unlike any I've ever experienced! Very sad to leave due to a job opportunity, but very happy to have called this place home for a year!

The staffs are so kind and responsive.
The maintenance requests were full filled in timely manner.
The events and the community were fun and well organized.
The location is great and the apartment is clean.

Not sure what B. Stickler is on about?? Does he live here?? I have lived here two years, love it! The grounds and lovely salt-water pool are beautifully maintained. Staff are very friendly, maintenance on top of things. Wasn't asked to write a review--feel Stickler's review is unjust and wanted to speak up!

I have lived at the Reserve at Belvedere since December. I would give this complex a 5-star-rating if it were not for the noise level coming from the apartment above me. My apartment is lovely and the deck faces the woods which I though would be a very nice spot to enjoy a warm evening. But I can't enjoy either because of the noises coming from the apartment above me. A young child runs, jumps and screams almost on a daily basis. The jumping in place going on above my kitchen causes the light fixtures to rattle not to mention my nerves. Management seems unable to do anything about it

We have lived here more than 6 months and love it. The facilities are the best we've seen even if one was to pay considerably more and we love our apartment. I saw the previous comment about thin walls? That is not our experience at all. Quiet, comfort, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a generous balcony have made our apt a haven. Great trails nearby and 3 miles from downtown. We looked all over. This can't be beat.
