I lived here for 5 years and for the most part I was happy. Never had any problems. I recently purchased a home and moved. I received a certified letter stating that I owe 150 dollars for cleaning and removal of trash. I emptied the apartment out. I think there were a few small things left but certainly not 50 dollars worth to take to the trash. And for 100 dollars to clean, I think that is unfair. I think it's standard practice that after 5 years the carpet would need to be replaced and the walls painted and a good cleaning.
