Coastline Ventura is Amazing! Aside from their out of this world ocean and iconic Ventura coastal views, their customer service is 5 star. Natasha from property management, has been outstanding to work with an is always on top of every requested accommodation. The ambiance of a high end luxury resort combined with recreation, gym and elegant conference areas, makes this community the best of its kind. If your looking to live in a place that feels like a 24hr vacation, look no further. Coastline Ventura is where you want to be!

This is an extremely racist community. I used to live here many months ago and the tenants here had an agenda against middle eastern people. The security officers were very kind and understanding but then I over heard a couple tenants especially my old neighbors all talking badly about them calling them āterroristsā or āTalibanā. After I heard this I was very disgusted. No wonder why Ventura had a health crisis back in 2020 about racism in this county. Explains how all the tenants are majority Caucasian too. Very upsetting. I do not advise colored people or non whites moving here due to

Coastline apartments is like leaving in Catalina Island for me, we go every year to Catalina and I feel like Iām leaving in vacation every day. This is my personal opinion. I love my Neighbors, security guards and specially the leasing office staff. We decided to rent and we are really happy. Apartments are a little small but this is really all you need. You spent most of your day at work, and if you arĆ© retired this is wonderful place to be. I want to Thank all the wonderful Young ladies at coastline management for making this happen.š¤©š

There arenāt enough things I can say to convey how much I love this property! The staff is so incredible, they were the initial factor that drove my decision to lease here; all of the amenities and perks were just a huge bonus! They have truly gone out of their way, above and beyond, to make my move seamless and pleasant.
