Revival Fitness is a private, high end, Personal Training studio. In order to cater to our clients, we are a by appointment only facility. This allows us to control how many people are in our facility and to ensure everyone stays safe. All our equipment is brand new. This includes Prime Fitness USA, Rogue Fitness, Perform Better and arguably the best dumbbells in the world made by Watson Gym Equipment.

Services
With one on one Personal Training the focus is on you and you alone. Our Facility is non-threatening and uncrowded. Training includes a monthly consultation where we review your health and fitness goals. We will then review your diet, nutrition and lifestyle habits. Monthly measurements will be taken to track your progress with an option to purchase the InBody 570 body fat analysis.
Lower body toning class focusing primarily on those glutes. This class begins with a lower body warm up, transitions into stations and ends with a booty burn out. Consistency is key! Bring your booty back every Saturday with Coach D. Total body work out conditioning all muscle groups with a mix of toning, strength, and body weight cardio exercises.

We have an InBody 570 machine on-site which is an award winning medical-grad body composition analyzer. We're able to break down your body into four parts and make a custom plan for you. The InBody 570 body composition analyzer goes beyond traditional body composition analysis, measuring fat, muscle, and total body water.

The one on one attention to detail is second to none. There knowledge on both fitness training and nutrition are the reason I chose to join and I’m very happy I did. My trainer James is awesome. His fitness and food plan is working great for me. Im already seeing results and feeling awesome. The owner and trainer David runs a first class training facility.

I have been working with James for a total of two months now. During our first couple weeks we did full body work outs as he got to know me and my body. During this time he also took the time to come up with a meal plan and exercise program catered to my goals. We are now doing what James calls “split days” where we focus on specific muscles each day I come in to maximize gains! I started my fitness journey a little over a month ago with my trainer James and I can honestly say I am so happy that I have him as my PT. I know when I come and see him that I am going to get a GREAT work out. He knows how to make my sessions fun but also knows when to challenge me and push me. I am doing my training with my friend and we didn’t know we could have so much fun working out! Thanks James for being such an awesome Personal Trainer!

I've been working with James for about two weeks now and he has given me stability with a healthy lifestyle. I'm not eating crazy amounts of food or too little food and I'm losing the weight. I'm definitely getting a stronger core which was a goal of mine and it has been a pleasure learning the correct form and technique because sometimes you don't realize you're doing something wrong unless someone tells you. James has been working diligently to get me results when it comes to getting me motivated, in the right track nutritionally, and giving me a great routine to get started with. I'm super excited

I have been training with James for a month now and I am very pleased with my experience! I chose this path because I wanted to become more familiar with how to incorporate weights into my weekly workout routine. James is thorough in his explanations, patient in his approach, and you can tell he cares about his clients having a good experience. I have been training at Revival for a little over a month now and it has been the best working with James! My friend and I are doing buddy training and James has been so attentive to the fitness and nutritional goals that we both have. I have never been a huge fan of working out but James and the rest of the Revival team have made working out fun and something I look forward to! James is professional, super motivating, and pushes us both. Highly recommend booking him as your trainer!

I work with James Perry 3 times a week. He is very professional and helps make sure that you understand each step in the exercise. He also tailors what you do to your personal needs. He asks what your fitness goals are and makes sure that you're working on them during each session. He also reflects this in your meal plan and home work outs! James is a great conversationalist and super funny! Working out is fun when you're with someone who is caring, dedicated and fun to be around!
I recommend going to Revival Fitness and have enjoyed my times with James!
