We offer two Martial Arts programs for Kids. Our Junior Ninja Karate class is a martial arts program for children between the ages of 4 and 7, Our Warrior Kids Karate class is a martial arts program for children between the ages 8 and 12. Also, for those who would like to train at home, we have a complete Virtual Martial Arts program for ALL ages.
Our Self Defense class is called The System - we are the only certified facility in New England that teaches this program that is used by Special Elite Units and Security Teams around the world. We have been approved by the State to operate our Martial Arts and Fitness facility. We have ensured strict protocols to be Clean and Safe to allow members to participate in our Martial Arts and Fitness classes.
