Moving to Hampton was the best decision I’ve made thus far! Every store, restaurant, entertainment, etc that I’ve been to has been merely 10 minutes away in either direction. It is truly awesome and convenient to be right in the middle of it all. Thank you Falcon Creek for having such a dependable and greeting staff that always takes care of all my needs!! Been here for almost a year now and I love living here the neighborhood is great!

Love the apartment layout and the location. View of the lake/ pond is peaceful. Only option for TV service is Direct TV. It's cheap, but forget watching TV if the weather is bad. I do not find the office staff to be helpful. I requested they not place a radon test kit in my apartment today because I teach from home and they could not say when they would be coming. Instead, they showed up anyhow and insisted that they place the kit despite me saying that I had not given consent. The office person and the contractor were not accepting "no" and did not care that I had not consented and had turned

I searched for a lot of apartments upon moving to Hampton, Virginia. I'm glad I did not rely on all of the comments posted about this apartment complex. I have experienced some of the friendliest and informative staffs. They made me feel welcome from the beginning of the process until this current time. I moved in September 2019. I was very… impressed that they actually installed new carpet, walls were freshly painted, everything was in order and very clean. I especially like the idea of having the option to purchase the all utility package along with the rent. For me, this is very convenient

I've lived here for a couple of weeks and it's perfect. I have no clue why people bash this place. Such a great price for what you get. I had to put in a couple of maintenance tickets the first day and everything was fixed the next day. The front desk staff are on point and very friendly. The pond is stocked for some catch and release fishing. I almost didn't move to this place because of the reviews I read, but went for it any ways. Such a great decision.

When I moved in 2 years ago to Falcon Creek I was amazed. The apartment was beautiful and the high ceilings and crown molding were added bonuses. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the first floor. Some of the amenities are awesome: the pool, fitness center, car care area, and the walking trails. Maintenance is very quick to come and fix anything that… is wrong. They also keep packages for you in the office. That is about as far as the nice goes.

Internet sucks and you can't get any other Internet Service Provider. The gates should be removed because you can only go in one way and have to drive all the way around. the trash receptacles are a mile away… from your Apartment. Leaves always come in your house and they never clean the passageways. They will continue to like to you about the internet is getting upgraded when it is not. Everyone is on one big grid and use the same bandwidth for all. Been in VA for 14 years and this is by far the most terrible place I HAVE ever stayed.
