Kaylee went above and beyond to help us with the application process, and was very friendly and informative during our tour of the apartment. The apartments are gorgeous, and the playground is great and in a courtyard type setting so it’s safe for kids to play, away from the parking lot. There are assigned parking spaces for each apartment, and you can get additional spaces if needed. There are carports, storage units, and garage units for rent. It’s quiet and pretty. Definitely consider it if you’re looking for an apartment in the area.

First 7 months have been great. Excellent maintenance response with quality, along with very beautiful and pleasant office staff (extremely rare and must be noted), and the neighborhoods very quiet. Most importanly, decently affordable, but well worth it for the 1bdrm space. Hopefully, if I stay for another yr it'll stay this way. That means not raising the rent either lol. But we all know that's not the case. The apartment is very spacious, mostly upgraded, well maintained, nice fire place too. Only gripe is there are no floor trims or wall barriers which is an invitation for all kinds of bugs

The apartments are beautiful and very well maintained for a great price. The parking situation is my only concern. Each apt gets only one spot and there is no guest parking, so many people have to park on the road in ‘no parking’ zones where there is a lot of break ins. I went to the manager in hopes of buying another spot and the manager, Khloe, took my concerns very seriously and immediately got to work on finding me a spot. The only downside is the parking situation.

Very disappointed, my washer hasn't been fixed a problem that's is been there since I moved here more than a year.
An apt with W and D in unit was the main reason I liked and moved here and ever since, they keep failing to work properly. ( The dryer now works great). Right now the washer isn't draining and is full of water since last week, today I called for a follow up and the response was that I need to wait until they have time, could be a week or so, she couldn't give me an appointment or a different solution is really frustrating the kind of answers I got today. I like to clarify that last
