Make sure to interview your Realtor before choosing who to go with. Some are more focused on the transaction and what he makes out of the deal instead of what the client wants. If you treat everyone you deal with then right way then everything else will usually work out.

Brian is a great agent who definitely goes the extra mile to help his clients! Home buying/selling can be stressful, and Brian has a fantastic team of professionals to help you every step of the way.
