My sister lives there and shes challenged ... The management and staff have been top of the line when it's came to her ... Needing or missing anything ... From the ones that love her deeply I really do thank u all ... Robin I believe thank u for retrieving her doodle dog ... Your all blessings believe it or not ... Plus nice lounging poolside.. dog park .. security ... putting green and more ... Great place!!!

This luxury facility has a fitness room in which neither treadmill works, there is no remote for the bicycle, and any follow-up on repairing items that are not working is absent. At least one of the front-office staff is not particularly friendly, sounding annoyed and put off when any request is made. Layout of living space is poor: Living and dining rooms are non-functional for their stated purposes. Lighting in any space outside of the bathrooms is very poor. And don't get locked out, because there will be no one here to let you back in. You need to call a locksmith. This is another cookie-cutter

Me & my boyfriend were looking for apartments in Tyler & no apartments was everything we were looking for. We curiously pulled into the drive way of Auberge, and we’re sold! The property is absolutely stunning inside & out, all of the activities, amenities, & love from the staff had us hooked. Robin was great through the entire process. She treated us like family, and answered every question we had. If you’re looking for an apartment Auberge is the one!

We have lived at the Auberge for the past 6 months while our house was being built. The rooms are nice and the amenities are luxurious. I've lived in several apartments over the years and what makes or breaks the experience is always the management staff. We worked closely with Aspen throughout our time at Auberge and I can't recommend her enough. She went above and beyond on making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. You won't regret choosing Auberge as your temporary home, and make sure you ask for Aspen!

My girlfriend and I have been living here for 7 months now and it has been our first apartment to live in after renting houses. The apartments, themselves, are very nice on the inside and up-to-date. The big selling point to use was the pool and the amazing personality of Robin. Robin was extremely helpful with all the questions we had, and she is just an all around nice person. If you are looking for an apartment in Tyler, the Auberge is the place to stay.

I have called these Apartments home for the last year. I have loved living hear, there is so much to do with my little and older kids, from pool time to playing pool in the club house, to corn whole. I love that no matter the day or time i can always get someone to fix something if it brakes. The management is some of the best. They care about all of us so much. They have been just amazing. I loved calling the Auberge home. Thank you for all you do for all of us.

The Auberge is truly a luxury apartment complex in South Tyler. From the very first time you walk in for your tour, you will find the staff friendly and attentive. Move in was a breeze and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The campus is always clean and the apartments have high end fixtures and amenities.

I moved here last month and the entire office team are friendly and helpful. Robin has gone out of her way on more than one occasion to help me. Maintenance was there the same day to do a couple of repairs. The apartment is amazing and beautiful. It’s quiet and peaceful. You feel like your in the country but close to restaurants and shopping.
