I love this place. It's absolutely in a wonderful location, close to pretty much everything. The whole staff has been one of the best team this property had. Vicky, Brad, Eduardo and Nick. We been here for 4 years and it's truly amazing. We never had any issues. Guess because we mind our own business lol but other than that I can't say nothing negative about this property. Keep up the awesome work and team you guys have!

Great staff and place to call home! We love the location and the complex itself! Maintenance guys are awesome and super helpful, and Vicki and Brad are amazing as well! Everyone is always super friendly and we are so grateful for that. We’ve been here for about 2 years and loving it. Our dog loves it here too!

After looking at many places to live, we chose Saratoga because of its staff. Brad and Vickie went above and beyond what anyone else would have done in a very short period of time. Brad even stayed after hours to accommodate our request to move in that evening. The grounds are beautiful, the apartment is riddled with character and those we have met that reside at Saratoga have been extremely friendly. We couldn’t be happier with our decision!

Basically the staff here does the best they can with a management company that refuses to invest any further. The complex is quite rundown and as you can see their major attraction, the tennis courts are so rundown and neglected they look abandoned, covered in black mold when the waters recede cracked with fencing that is so broken down that someone attached and old dog leash to close one of the gates. The rest of the complex is the same old, cracked, uneven sidewalks. The gym is very out of date with broken equipment that the company will not repair (same for those courts that tenants and staff

I can't tell you enough how amazing the office staff is here at Saratoga. Brad and Vicky are the perfect two people for this community. They deserve the world and more for that have to put up with all of our residents. We sure appreciate them always so quick and eager to help us. The whole application process was a breeze. Brad couldn't get me to stop laughing the entire time. Vicky is always a pleasure every time I run into her. We couldn't ask for a better office staff and wouldn't be renting here if it wasn't for them. The grounds are always kept so clean and nice. Thank you all so much inducing

I have lived at Saratoga Place Apartments for six months and it has been a very pleasant experience ! If I have a maintenance issue, Eduardo and his team are on it within the hour. If I have any other issues or concerns , the Property manager, Vicki and her team always respond within minutes. !! 😳😊 Saratoga Place in Palmer Ranch is a professionally well-run community that I would highly recommend . It's a very clean quiet and beautiful community Where on site staff actually care about you !!! Thank you Vicki and Associates for all you do !

Truly a gem on Palmer Ranch. The staff in the leasing office and maintenance have been great at follow through. Maintenance has been swift in their response when needed. The amenities are truly top notch for what I was seeking. Another large bonus was that dogs up to 65 pounds are accepted. I have found my new home. A special shout out to Vicki and Brad.

I’ve lived at Saratoga Place for 2 years and have loved it here. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance workers fix issues quickly and are also friendly. The pool area and fitness room are clean and well maintained. The units have nice flooring, countertops, and appliances. The other residents are friendly (and quiet). There is also plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend living here!
