Hilda, the apartment manager, has a strong tendency to try to strong arm tenants and try to coerce unwarranted fees from tenants and threaten eviction. She feels she can ignore ADA regulations by charging fees for comfort animals. She tried it with us and now our neighbor. She hit my son-in-law for fees as well as us over rent. The sidewalks and driveways are rough and uneven with construction splatter on the walkway to our handicap apartment. Trucks back into parking spots with trailer hitches blocking the full width of the sidewalk. The a/c and furnace blower is so noisy that we have to

Been here for a few months now. When needed manintace when first moving in, he was here within 30mins and flixed the problem. Really nice and quite apts. They come with basic cable through xfinity. I absolutely love it here. The side walks do flood but goes down quickly after the rain stops. The parking lot does not flood nor the bottom apts. Which is good. And trash service is always on time!

I love it here. Mrs.Hilda has always made us feel welcome and at home. She just has a genuine passion for her job, her tenants and the property. Any request for maintenance or email to her with even a simple question is always addressed promptly. Eli the maintenance tech says hello to my son and I every day without fail and takes excellent care of the property. It's quiet and well kept but above all we feel safe here.

Decently quiet. I hear an occasional group walk by talking, kid passing on a skateboard, or dog bark at night, but nothing dramatic. Office staff is wonderful. I've never had issues with my bill amount being incorrect, as I have with other properties. Maintenance is speedy. Been here about 7 months. There is always a place for me to park. Good neighborhood from what I see, but still learning the city. A few updates could be made to the structure of the homes, but probably nothing that's urgent or detrimental until then. I have not made it to the pool yet. I will go for that this summer after renewing
