We have been living her for a few months now. We decided on this complex due to how close it was to work, the location we loved due to it being tucked away in a quiet corner, we love the outdoor landscaping and size of the units.Its plenty to love about mansions but here are also some improvements we have noticed while living here.
Inside the units are great. Our unit is very spacious, has lots of natural light, big closets, stainless steel appliances, and big bedrooms. We also love how much parking is available, its very quiet and the office staff is responsive and friendly.

Secluded area. Price is the best in the area. Very quiet. Large bedroom. Huge tub. Lots of parking space. Friendly staff. Built in desk perfect for those who work from home. Maintenance request are completed quickly. Nice size patio. Pet friendly. Virtual tour of rooms online. Able to have rent reported to credit.

The apartment floor plans are amazing. Most if not all have a built in desk. Some floor plans offer a garage. Covered parking is available monthly. Plenty of regular parking. The community is pet friendly. The price is inexpensive compared to older apartments in the area. They have huge garden tubs in every unit. I never hear any noise. Maintenance request are completely quickly. Hot tub and pool on site. Staff very friendly.

Have lived here for 2 years now, and I think it's a great place to live. Great location, easy access to the highway and you have everything you need (grocery, gas, food) no more than a mile away.
The maintenance team is also very quick and responsive whenever problems around the units arise.

My experience with Mansions at Sunset has been amazing. Been living here for 2 yrs now, great community, friendly neighbors.
The ladies at the office and Maintenance crew esp Omar G, they do a great job, quick response, take care of everything....just awesome! I would give them 10 stars...living the dream!!

I have lived here for eight months and I can honestly say I love it here! I haven't had any issues with the complex and any questions or concerns I have are answered right away. The front office staff are always friendly and professional. The updates and complex rules and events are very well communicated via email and text. The maintenance office responds to request right away. This is a very quiet complex that makes you feel safe and secure at all times. So happy I found this place and would recommend it to anyone looking. You will not be disappointed!

Moved here last year and so far we have enjoyed it. The neighbors are friendly for the most part but on the occasion we do get a lot of noise from upstairs. Not sure if its the upstairs neighbor or from the hallway upstairs. Other then that great place to live. Great amenities and easy access to highway.

So my partner and I have been living here a few months now and overall it is a great place. Very quiet. I RARELY hear the neighbors. So far all neighbors I’ve interacted with are friendly.
Inside of the apartment gives off a home feel with all the space and layout design. We really do like the quality of the apartment.
My only complaint about the complex would be the birds!!!! These birds are crazy, they are aggressive and will build a nest anywhere and everywhere around the exterior of the apartment. Also what comes with a lot of birds is a lot of bird droppings, if you catch my drift. My
