I have lived here about a month, and I have not had any problems with the apartment itself, the service requests are answered promptly and efficiently. I also love that the apartment complex is always relatively clean or being cleaned. My only problem is the security, the gate has never worked since I've been here, I do like that there is a guard at the gate but it is only on the weekend, which leaves us with no security every other day of the week.

I've been here for about three months and so far I have been pleased with the experience. Service requests responded to in a timely manner, nice amenities that are now open again after COVID, and very friendly office staff that helped make move-in very slow.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the security problems. I signed a lease here because I was promised a gated community with a gate guard on duty at night. I really love the vibrance, the leasing agents, and amenities of the community. Sad I was only able to enjoy it for a good month until the pandemic hit and all amenities were shut down. Then once everything started slowly opening up, it was great to make use of the pools, fitness center, and always having responsive leasing office staff. I also love the extra luxury feature of having a guard in the entry of the community. I felt very comfortable and gave it a high status touch to the community with it's gorgeous Mediterranean look. Although I was not able to stay for the full duration of my lease due to personal issues, this complex for the most part is a great place to live. It is safe, clean, and pretty quiet. Security is on site every night from 9pm-5am and any visitors must register their vehicles with security before they are allowed to pass the barrier and gates. The complex management team is professional and prompt. Maintenance tickets submitted through the resident portal online are answered the same day and most issues are also corrected that same day. Throughout my 9 month stay at the Villas it was a pleasant experience. The leasing office was very professional and helpful when I had any questions. Crystal is amazing and very professional.
The only problem was the lack of pet owners not picking up after their dogs. Something management couldn’t control as it is out of their hands. Before moving they added more trash cans and waste bags stations. Hopefully this will reduced the problem.

Wow, I really wanted to move into these apartments, after hours of comparing other complexes. I just hope that they have a 24/7 or even police presence to mitigate the increase in crime. I would like to feel safe, especially if I am living alone. Also, the maintenance and cleanliness of the property are extremely important. After reading some reviews, maybe you guys should start enforcing rules regarding tenants not picking up after their pets. It is their responsibility to keep the community CLEAN!
