Workout with Wayne Heart Rate Training is 45 minutes of client appropriate intensity. All clients are provided with a Polar Heart Rate monitor and are able to see their heart rate and total calories burned in real time. Most people have a difficult time pushing themselves hard enough and some trainers push their clients too hard.

The Polar technology allows for the perfect work to rest ratio throughout the 45 minute session. Workout with Wayne on an individual level. Track over 33 exact measurements like your waist, hip, thigh, and more with less than 1% error. Styku uses known circumference methods e.g. US Navy method and more to measure body fat directly from your waist, hip, and other measurements. Styku body fat % is a precise and reliable way to calculate lean and fat mass.

Working out with Wayne is great! He keeps you motivated and accountable. I started with Wayne in June of 2018 and I was 156 lbs with 35.3% body fat. I ended my 4 month commitment in Nov weighing in at 141 lbs and 28.4% body fat! Wayne pushes you so that your body works as hard as it can and you see the results you want. As long as you come ready and prepared and strive to be your best Wayne will get you the fitness and health results you aim for!

I would highly recommend Wayne to anybody looking to improve the overall fitness and health.

Wayne has changed me for the better! I had never been to the gym before August when I started with Wayne. I was down 25 lbs within a few months (I was 6'2", 225lbs before staying with Wayne). Would highly recommend!

Wayne is awesome! Works with you on scheduling and keeps you motivated throughout the year. I am super lazy when it comes to fitness and he has kept me on track to workout at least once a week.

Workouts are always different. You will learn new techniques and exercises that you can do at home or in gym alone.

The gym is a small community too and is not obnoxious!

Highly recommend :)

Wayne has been my trainer for over a year! Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and has a passion for fitness. Wayne provides you with the tools to change your lifestyle while coaching you every step of the way. The workouts are never boring and he pushes you every week to stay focused on your personal goal. Wayne also takes his time to ensure that you have proper form, adjust the workouts if needed, and is flexible with your schedule. Changing to a healthier lifestyle is NOT easy. You have to be willingly to do the hard work while Wayne provides the motivation.

I've always had an active lifestyle, but I always seemed to lack the necessary tools to make a significant reduction of my weight. I figured working with a personal trainer would motivate me and provide me with the keys to making a successful change.

I was in a slump last spring because of a busy schedule (and poor time management) so I wanted to find a trainer that would fit my needs to jump start my gym regiment again. I looked up Wayne on yelp a few times before finally sending him a message to schedule a workout. After that initial workout, I scheduled 2x a week with him for four months. Those 4 months flew by and I can't express my gratitude for his commitment to our workouts. They were always challenging, had a purpose, and were unique. I am finally getting around to writing a review for Wayne. I found Wayne on Yelp actually - I was really looking for a trainer to help supplement my boxing. It took me forever to browse through and find a trainer but then I found Wayne. I sent him a note and decided to (against my better judgment) schedule a trial at 5:45AM. I was tired coming in but we met and we did a wee little workout and we talked about my goals. Wayne has been great to work with! Every workout is different, so I'm never bored and my mind and body are always challenged. I enjoy working out with a heart rate monitor too-workouts feel more efficient and it's a fun way for me to compete with myself. Wayne has been flexible and willing to work around my crazy schedule, and he has communicated well through email or text to always make sure we're on the same page regarding scheduling and nutrition. Wayne is an excellent trainer. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and a pleasure to work with. He uses diverse training methods and individualized programs that demonstrate his commitment to his clients. Wayne's workouts are challenging but achievable, and most importantly keep me from getting bored or hitting a plateau.

Wayne is fabulous!!!! He set realistic goals with you. One of my goals was to lose 10lbs and 5% body fat in 5 weeks. I just ended week 2. Although I haven't lost the 10lbs (or close to it), I have lost a little over 3% body fat. I know the weight will follow. I feel stronger and faster. This has help me start to be way more active again. He congratulates when you get while you reaching and doesn't make you feel like you committed a crime when you don't reach them in the time that you set. He is flexible with scheduling which has help me to keep coming back to him.

Since I've started working out with Wayne i have a better understanding of fitness and most importantly healthy food choices. I am stronger from the weight training and lost body fat especially around my stomach. Each week we set short term goals that lead to reaching my long term goal. I've never really had a trainer like Wayne before, most trainers do the basic everyday workouts but Wayne really steps up the game. He does full body workouts that will wear you out by the end of the session and that's only an hour. Ive gained so much energy and strength thanks to his circuit training. Never knew I was that strong. I didn't just lose weight I actually loss body fat and that's the most important part of training. I would recommend Wayne to everyone I know.

Wayne is not only an awesome personal trainer, but he will teach you the ins and outs of fitness. I began working with Wayne after numerous failed attempts with my fitness goals. After a couple weeks of training, I was able to get the ball rolling and walk into a gym knowing what to do without any assistance. Wayne is an exceptional personal trainer. I have been working out with Wayne for over a year, and continue to stay with him because of the intense workouts.
