The staff in the office was extremely helpful while I was trying to move in. I was coming from out of state so everything had to be done through emails, but Amy answered all my questions in a timely manner and made me feel confident about my decision. Maintenance is always out whenever you need them, and the pest control comes every Friday if need be. The complex needs a little work on its appearance, however, I wouldn't hesitate to renew my lease again.
Update: since 2021, the complex is under new management which seems to put forth more effort. Based on other reviews, it seems that if you live

This place is amazing! I have lived here for almost 5 years now. The management never ceases to amaze me. They have always promptly handled maintenance issues appropriately. In the last complex I lived, the leasing office didn't really care much for their tenants, and it was always a nightmare having to deal with them whenever we had issues with maintenance. I'm grateful that the management here cares for their tenants, and they keep the neighborhood as neat and orderly as possible, like a well-oiled machine.

Westminster is a lovely and quiet apartment complex conveniently located close to two major highways. The complex is gated and well lit which definitely leaves residents like me feeling safe and secure. The grounds staff works consistently to maintain the upkeep of the trash and shrubbery, the office staff is always polite and ready to help and answer questions, while maintenance is courteous and professional and always gets the job done!!

It's great living here! I really recommend this place to others. This area is very family friendly an nice neighborhood and nice restaurants! The most important thing, everyone in the leasing office are so nice and helpful! They are awesome! They truly care about you and treat you as their friend! Highly recommend .👍

I've lived at this Apartment Complex for 2 years and have had a pleasant experience. Management is very responsive towards all issues and actually know who I am. Maintenance usually does a good job at responding towards unit emergencies. Lastly, this community is great about safety, completely affordable, and is in close proximity to everything entertainment wise.

There is no QUALITY and nothing is CONVENIENT like the messsge says when you call. I've had nothing but problems since moving here. Everything from broken refrigerator that kept going out, and dishwasher broke for weeks. Clogged drains; coming home from work and seeing food that I never cooked fill my sink for days; lets not mention the smell. Broken knobs in the bathroom, where water shot out of my wall for an entire 24hrs. I had to force myself to sleep to the sound of water hitting against the wall.( Thank god it was the cold water, so i had to pay nothing as far as electricity ) Major leaks
