Just wanna thank Morgan at the leasing office for assisting me with a picture of a bulb that I needed for my apartment I’m out of town so did not have a clue on what type it was I called the front office and Morgan forwarded a picture of the bulb to my email I really appreciate it Thanks to the quadrangles on twenty as well for always being clean and Willing to help 💯

I’m not one to usually leave reviews, but I had to share my experience here because it was so great. I toured the Quadrangles and was greeted by a very sweet and professional leasing agent, Sierra, who was very thorough on our tour and answered all of my questions. Very excited to be applying for a unit!

Me and my wife loved our experience here for the most part. Staff was friendly, customer service experience was very exceptional. I remember I was getting a 20k raise on my Job and needed to print out form at last minute. The printer was having issues and one of the lady’s allowed me into her office, allowed me use of her personal computer, to send my document to email and print it out. During her time of work on the clock she took out time to help me get a piece of paper that will change my life for the better. She didn’t have to do that which is understood. But she chose to. That speaks volumes

Was one of the first to be there , even while building was under construction. Everything is pretty cool and chill , staff is helpful to any questions or concerns, they even gave out some pastries/goodies from time to time.
Only issues were the foundation started shifting once construction was done, and minor issues with that (doors not closing properly, bumps/dips in floor in certain areas). And move out process was a little rocky but only because I wasn’t readily available and they were short staffed at the time. And small fees that were added

I dropped by the leasing office to get more information on the complex, and was greeted by a very pleasant person, Morgan. She is the property manager. I asked her a few questions, and inquired about possibly getting to tour a floor plan I was interested in. No problem! She was, and still is, very helpful, friendly and professional. Even after the visit, I emailed Morgan some more questions I forgot to ask in person, and she has been quick to respond. She has been very patient with me, and I greatly appreciate it! This is one of the best properties I’ve lived at to this day. It has a very safe, quiet, and friendly environment. The front office staff are great, specially Sierra and Jeri. They’ve both helped me out a lot. Always willing to help and answer any questions while keeping a friendly attitude. I would highly recommend checking this property out.

The Quadrangles Apartments are one of the best apartments I lived in. The staff is courtesy and professional. I love that they always have snacks available. One of the staff members name Amber has been so helpful and very resourceful during a rough patch in my financial lack. I’m pretty sure I would recommend becoming a resident. Plus the apartments are beautiful on the inside! Five stars from me.

I have been interested in this apartment since i saw it during its construction phase. I toured back then and have recently toured again and i am amazed at the changes the property has made and how well kept it is. The gym is magnificent and has a variety of stuff to use. The staff in the front is all so friendly and very helpful. definitely considering this as my new home once my lease is up in july!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my apartment! The entire staff is so wonderful! The maintenance team always take care of me and the Manager is always so helpful with anything I need!
I really wanted to find somewhere I didn't have to be on the bottom floor but I have trouble with stairs. THEY HAVE ELEVATORS HERE!! I have a top floor apartment that looks at the pool. I love sitting out on my patio at nights and listening to the fountains!

I’ve been with living on the property for 5 months, and very pleased. When I originally looked at the property there was a waiting list. Jerry ensured me she would call when one was available, sure enough she kept her word. The property is quiet and welcoming. I am glad to call my place of residence The Quadrangles. Please ask for Jerry, you won’t be disappointed.
