When you visit our tasting room, you get to experience our wines, and in addition, we are bringing the Old World in as well by offering an ever changing variety of Portuguese wines.

Over the last few years our plans for our future in the wine industry have undergone some changes. It all began with a dream from two wine lovers. The idea originally was to open a Bed & Breakfast as well as a small winery. Eventually the B&B fell by the wayside and Brent Manor Vineyards was born. Brent Manor Vineyards is a unique boutique winery in Nelson County just south of Charlottesville.
Starting in June we are going to start indoor tastings by appointment for groups of 6 or less fully vaccinated guests. We will continue to offer bottle and glass sales as well as flights and winetails outside without appointment to groups of 8 or less pending availability of space. Please see our Slowly Returning to Normal Guidelines for all the details as these guidelines replace our normal operations defined below.

A beautiful yellow color gives way to a touch of honey on the nose and pineapple on the palete. The tropical fruit on the front of your tongue finishes dry with a hint of stony minerality. With a pale yellow color, this Seyval Blanc has a light citrus nose and crisp, tart finish. Hints of asian pear on the palate make this a perfect pairing for light appetizers, salads and strong cheeses.
Our wine club is set up like a savings account to give you the flexibility of choosing the wines you want while setting aside a small amount each month to be used towards purchases in our tasting room. 15% off of our Portuguese wines, merchandise, food, wines sold by the glass and wine tails. An additional 10% off on case (12 bottles) purchases of Brent Manor Vineyards wines including mix and match cases.

We had a great time as the owner provided first class service to us and all of the guests! The reds are our favorite and all of his 2019 vintages are outstanding. We stayed warm with a fire pit and enjoyed the beautiful views. He is continuing to expand the winery and it will be amazing once completed!

This was our favorite stop of the area vineyards. The owner is very personable. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. It was a pleasure and so informative to have him walk us through the tasting, not to mention the wines were phenomenal! I'm a red wine person, yet we walked away with 4 bottles of white wine too. That's how good everything is!

Look at the pictures- how could you not love this place? It is gorgeous here. A small winery with outdoor seating. It also seems very covid safe here and the owners conscientious of making it a safe place.They are also happy to tell you about their wines and are very hospitable. Your wine flight comes with a glass you can take home! Check out this underrated hideaway and enjoy your stay!

I had the most memorable, positive experience with them. The owner was more than attentive with my boyfriend and I, he was so good at educating us about each wine and region. It was such a pleasant conversation and educational experience, not to mention the most beautiful views for this time of year (early September) !! I couldn't be happier after this experience. It seems to be a married couple working in and owning the winery. They are beautiful people and more than accommodating. I highly recommend everyone to make a stop here!!
