Woodview Apartments

This is by far one of the best properties to live in! Inside of the apartments are so nice, I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath, and it is so spacious and beautiful. I’m big on natural light, and there are so many windows to let all that sunlight in! The woodland views are gorgeous, most apts face the trees and it’s so nice to look out onto that. The property itself is always so clean, the maintenance staff do such a great job keeping everything looking nice. (I’ve lived in some very expensive but still gross looking apartments complex’s) I’ve had a couple small maintenance issues, but they

I was not able to take the room I was approved for but I feel the need to leave a review because of how wonderful the Woodview apartment team is. Katelyn was kind enough to take time to answer my questions and help me figure out application solutions when I didn’t know what to do. If you’re looking for an apartment I strongly suggest applying here, the places are beautiful and the team is even better.

I moved into my unit (sight unseen) this past January. I was a bit nervous, as I'm a newcomer to Oregon, but what an incredible space - I couldn't be more pleased.
The unit I live in looks out to the woodland area and it's quite green and serene. I love living here. The community is beautifully landscaped with natural plantings, the staff address service issues promptly and the community residents are friendly.

I really love where I live. I’ve been in my place for almost two years. I love the location of this place. It’s quiet and peaceful. The staff is friendly and quick to respond when I put in a request. Jotika is the best.

We have had several maintenance issues over the years and Kelsey has always responded promptly. He always takes care of the issues in a very professional manner. Also, Jotika is a great property manager and works very hard to keep the apartments in excellent condition. Overall great place for apartment living.

Great place to live. Friendly, Helpful ,Courteous staff. Very well maintained. I’ve been living here for 8 years and don’t plan on moving.

I love living at Woodview! The Apartment complex is beautiful and kept up well by maintenance. The wooded views are amazing and make my home such a serene oasis with the peaceful nature sounds, sublime panorama and wonderful privacy. My neighbors are so kind and considerate as well. And of course the office staff are so friendly and are always there to help if needed. They resolve any issues promptly and I can tell they really care about their residents. I couldn’t be happier calling Woodview home. :)

Just moved in March and love it! Having a green space to look out the windows at is wonderful, have had one minor maintenance request that was taken care of the day I submitted it (& he fixed something else I totally forgot to request.) Also there are actual sidewalks!

Everyone in the office is lovely and is always so helpful and knowledgeable.
Maintenance issues has always been super quick and there right away to fix whatever is needed. Kelsey is the best!!!

Horrible place to live. The manager, Jotika, sucks! Whenever there is a problem with your so-called "neighbors", she expects you to record the situation to prove that there are issues with them. Who sits around with a recorder waiting for someone to stomp too loud or start a confrontation? She's lazy and does not do her job. All she does in talk on her cell phone and walk around the property like it's a palace. It's not. My rent is paying for her to have her ugly Lexus that she drives. If you're a person of color (Hispanic, or black) do not move here!

These apartments are clean, spacious, and well maintained. Jotika in the main office is so helpful and nice. Really one of the most well managed complexes I've ever lived in. The only downsides are no pool, no barbecue area, no gym. Within walking distance of a Walmart grocery and the 62 bus line. Overall, I recommend this place if you're just looking for a nice place with no extra amenities. I deducted one star due to lack of amenities and drastic rent increases every lease renewal

My wife and I are very happy to be renting at woodview apartments, the office staff are very good to us and when we need any Maintence repairs they take care very fast J

Comfortable, cozy and friendly. Apartments are in very good shape and the property is kept very nice. Welcomes pets and our neighbors are great. I appreciate the community spirit. Office staff are the BEST!!!!!

Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE! This property has gone so downhill. No amenities whatsoever, no pool, no jacuzzi, no business center, staff NEVER available for package pick up. If like constant complaint letters on your door and a rude manager, then this is the place for you. Be prepared to pay a rent increase of approximately $200 per term! For nothing! The carport a which cost extra all leak! The rain gutters were poorly installed, hence it sounds like Niagra Falls when it rains. There are recently an influx of multi-generations moving into these tiny apartments which creates parking issues

Nice place to live, no swimming pool or rec room, and a little bit too sensitive about noise. Good maintenance and Jotika ( manager) is realy nice.
