I only had two weeks to find someplace to live after the home I was living in sold in 1 day. I searched to find the place I could call home, that is safe, plenty of living space and amenities. I appreciate Devin and Janelle at Arbors River Oaks for all of there assistance with helping me with the process of settling into my townhome. The townhome is very spacious and beautiful, the community is very quiet and well kept. I love my new townhome...

This is an amazing community with some awesome amenities such as an astonishing pool area, bikes and a beautiful park nearby. The staff is the most personable and attentive I have experienced and they even have a Concierge service to help the residents set up their TV and internet service that helps make the move to your new home less stressful.

I’ll share one story that has left us completely unhappy after living here for one year. At move in, we were promised a newly renovated apartment. This included new blinds, after our first move in walk through we immediately noticed that no blinds in the entire apartment were new. Most were taped, and poorly put back together. We notified management right away and maintenance showed up to replace the blinds, as was originally promised. A new blind was put onto the main bedroom windows, maintenance said they would be back. This was one year ago. After following up several times

I lived here from 2016 to 2017 and I loved living there. In the 18 months I lived there I never had a single issue. The grounds were always spotless and the front office staff were great. When I lived there I got a special move in deal that was $1k per month for a one bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor with my balcony over looking the pool. It was beautiful year round!

Simply marvelous.. We moved from Boston to Memphis, which was a BIG move. We found out little haven in Arbor River oaks. We have a toddler who is about 2 yrs old, and he loves the space and the amenities(Especially the swimming pool). Great place for kids! Janelle has been super supportive with the move in process and after moving in too. Our two bedroom townhome is lovely and spacious. Two thumbs up!

Love this place! We found Arbors River Oaks on google and were quiet impressed. Janelle was extremely helpful and shared the apartment pictures and floor plan with us. We signed the lease without even having seen the property given we were moving from out of state. We got the keys to our town home today and it looks better than the pictures. Would highly recommend!

My mom just moved back from Hawaii and after dealing w loss of husband and cancer, she was fragile and nervous about living on her own, her leasing girl Devin is incredibly considerate of my moms needs and even offered to upgrade her bathroom in her new 3 bdrm rental, my mom wanted to show me the apt prior to moving, when we came by to look at it Devin was out but shanna jumped up and showed us around, I cannot express how greatful I am for these girls, I know my mom will be in good hands! Thank you

I have not been very pleased with my 3 month short term lease experience with the Arbors. When I arrived for move in my apartment smelled very strong like cigarette smoke. After I complained they removed my carpet and replaced it. I am disappointed that they did not replace the carpet before I was given the keys. My ceiling had a leak which took… days to repair, management was rude, and my ceiling now brown water stains that was never fixed. The shower head in my shower is placed in the far corner and water is only steaming hot. You have to turn it on “cold” for it to be warm
