I toured with Leandra Tobon this past Tuesday and wanted to make sure to leave her a review as well as for the property. Leandra spoke with great poise, and made me feel very comfortable while touring. She had a lot of great things to say about living there and also mentioned the pro's of living next to the district at Green Valley. I had decided to rent a house with my roommate however, if or when we move out of there I will definitely be returning back to this place. It feels modern, calm, and very professionally ran. I lived at Elysian at the District for 3 years and my experience was extremely positive. When I first moved in, there were some management-related issues which have since been totally resolved. While no apartment complex is perfect, the apartments are awesome, the neighborhood is super nice, and if/when something goes wrong, there's a genuinely caring staff willing and eager to assist. Specifically, Santi has been a huge help to me whenever I had an issue, and I've seen him treat other tenants with the same patience, helpfulness, and professionalism. I’m just now moving in, but my experience has been no less that amazing. The leasing staff, manager and maintenance crew have worked swiftly and efficiently in getting everything that I needed handled. Joy in the leasing office was very nice and patient throughout my entire journey. She responds to my emails very quickly and has an answer for everything that I need.

My wife and I absolutely love it here! Things are all crazy right now but Joy and Rana made this a very smooth process for us! We conducted a virtual tour with Joy and honestly did not see our place until the day we were scheduled to move in so you can imagine the uncertainty. But again Joy and Rana were such a great help in getting us moved in and settled! This is an awesome property with a caring and concerned management group (rare in my experience)! From the moment I called and spoke to Joy in leasing, my experience has been amazing! She is so kind and so personable! I had several must haves, and she was not only so knowledgeable and helpful, but gave me every option to help me find the right fit.
