Even though I was skeptical about moving back to Norfolk, I am happy that I found Archers Green.
Moving in was very easy and the assistant property manager, Nissa Powell, was so helpful and nice. She walked me through the lease and was able to answer all the questions that I had prior to moving.
Moving in and I find myself happier with my choice every day. Each apartment building (there are several) only houses 4 units so you aren't completely surrounded by people like some other apartments where it is one building 80 units.
The landscape around the property is well taken care of and there are

I did a walk-thru and looked at some of their plans. The area was well maintained and so quiet. The pool and dog park were clean. Apparently, they will take care of your plants or your cats if you're away. It's a nice community, and the staff was absolutely amazing. I would've moved in on the spot, but I'm gone a lot and only need a single bedroom. If my needs change, I will be back!

Recently moved here in April 2021. All the way from Indiana! we relocated back to Norfolk, and my parents reccomended this place, as they also reside here! I thought no way. we won't be able to get in. we were in such a time crunch, and life had been throwing me and my bf alot. But with help AND massive understanding of life circumstances, Sam… helped us start our new life! We love it. We got a two bedroom, first floor! it's very clean, up to date, and perfect for me. my daughter and my bf! Good apartment are hard to fine in this area. I found this place with just with a simple search and man am I glad. Archers Green Apartments is the best at accommodating anything you may need. Even stuff you may think you didn’t. A good price for the location it’s in and close to the naval base. What a great place to get started or even to stay long time. No matter what your needs they will always be taken care of here.

I toured Archer's Green Apts with my daughter, as she is looking. The first impression was really nice. The location is great. One entrance brings you in through a residential neighborhood and the apartments are tucked away into the neighborhood and blends in really well, but at the other end it is located close to Granby St, which makes it convenient to I-64. Some of the Apts have been nicely renovated. The young lady that conducted the tour was very helpful, and professional. She was very knowledgeable about the complex. I will also mention that these apartments are managed by Signature Management

I just recently moved here. the apartment is small but perfect for just two or three people. it's a great start out apartment if you are just starting to live on your own. the master bed room fits a queen bed + more. a lot natural light during the day. I feel good about it . It's also just right off the interstate.

I have lived here twice and loved it both times. Nissa has been amazing at helping me get in and settled. When I caught covid while moving she was able to work with me to get us the keys. It’s my favorite place to live and it makes me happy. Maintenance and the rest of the office are wonderful too. I love it here and all the staff.

Let's talk about the spiders first. They have a massive bug infestation! There's centipedes and spiders the size of my thumb. There's holes in the windows and doors so the bugs just walk in. The apartment is drafty, there's a breeze with all the windows shut.
They don't do preventative maintenance. They do not clean your ac, your vent for the… dryer, switch out your air filter, or anything else unless you complain or something breaks. My AC became clogged and gushed water all over my dining room.

The ladies in the leasing office are always super friendly and their maintenance guys are absolutely wonderful! They always say hello to my son when he goes to their shed to say hello, and are always so patient and friendly with him when they are doing any repairs in my apartment. They are all so respectful of my home and even offered to take my trash out for me when they saw I had my hands full with an infant toddler!

I love living here. The whole staff always go the extra mile to make sure my needs are met. Anytime there is an issue they have taken care of it as soon as possible. Sure, living in an apartment isn’t the same as being in a house and there will always be issues with noisy neighbors, rowdy kids and lazy people who don’t seem to know how to clean up after their pets and not be so trashy. You have to take the kinda bad with the good.

Great staff & very conveniently near stores, but the apartment itself is too small and poor quality material. Walls are extremely thin.
Had a neighbor from across the street randomly knock on my door asking me if I had weed to sell.
If you lived upstairs, you can’t fit anything in the stairway without damaging the walls. You can’t fit a decent… size bed in the bedroom. There are no light fixtures in the room. The people that installed the washer and dryer scraped my wall.
The maintenance staff never cleaned up after themselves when doing repairs in the apartment. Left broken
