Very disappointed with the application process and how we were treated as applicants by the management. Background check took over 4+ weeks to clear. During these 4 weeks, we were led on and given false ETAs. Finally by week 3 we applied to two other apartments, both of which the background check cleared in 24 hrs.
For those seeking a smooth apartment hunt it would behoove you to consider elsewhere.

Really loving the yoga, HIIT, and Sculpt virtual classess that are offered through Bigos properties! Best move they have made in a long time to show appriciation to their residence. They have done other things but this is by far the healthiest. Please don't take this away simply because things are loosening up (re COVID). It sill does not mean that people are comfotable going to a gym. The only thing you should do is to better advertise this benifit. I am sure that more people would take advantage of this if they knew about it. And a big kudos to the office staff at Edina Towers and of course,

Really great place to live. Love the view and friendly staff. Pool area is awesome to have & the free outdoor parking is a plus.
Our balcony had carpet and it was pretty gross to stand on, so management removed it the carpet so that it is clean, smooth concrete. Management and maintenance are super responsive to any issues and will fix things as quickly as they can. They're all very nice too!
The apartment has large bedrooms & a big living room. Tons of storage in the kitchen. Very friendly residents too. š

We were at Edina Towers for five months during a home remodel and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, attentive to your needs, and always available to listen. Any maintenance concern was addressed promptly. They take pride in keeping the site clean. Great location and amenities. Highly recommend!

My experience with this place was a bazaar, disturbing, and possibly prejudicial one. I had a viewing scheduled after having 2 very pleasant conversations with the manager Matt. At the time of my showing I met with a managment representative named Janette, who was supposed to show me the apartment. I sat down with her, she asked me a few questions, and asked me to produce my Drivers License. Such a request is not odd and I've encountered this before. Unfortunately however I had forgotten my wallet at my work place. She stated that we can no longer have the showing, and began to nervously search

I have been here for a few months and I absolutely love it because of the location, building and staff. I am definitely a city person and this is my first time living outside of a major city but it is so close to everything including bus stops, downtown Minneapolis and it's even walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants; it feels more like a city than a suburb. The building itself is a bit older but everything has been updated and they work hard to keep it up to modern standards. I have been staying in Edina Towers since last 4 years and have no complain about it. Common areas, Pool, Laundry areas are clean. Any issue in apartment and management will be fixing it at earliest. I have been communicating with management most of the times via email and have never felt that I need to go personally for anything as work is always done on time. Management is extremely careful about the services and property cleanliness. Thanks to Jenna and team. Also if you are staying on the upper floors the view is great as well. This apartments are best to live in Edina.
