Alta Potrero

We have lived here since May of 2021 and have loved it. All the staff have been super friendly and professional, especially Cary, Olivia, and Christopher. Amenities and maintenance responsiveness are top notch. Highly recommend.

This was my first time moving into the city and I'm so happy to have picked this building! From the beginning, I felt like I had a luxurious onboarding experience from Cary! He heard out all my "requirements" and was able to address everything quickly and with such incredible energy! But it didn't stop there - after I moved in, Cary continues to make this experience so wonderful and greet me every time I see him! It really has made my time here that much more amazing. Whenever I have questions or concerns, Cary is extremely responsive and quick to action!

I decided to move into the city earlier this year after toying with the idea for years. I was lucky enough to find a good deal at Alta, but was unsure about living in a building without any idea what the staff were like. My concerns were quickly assuaged on move in day when I met Cary, his charismatic personality made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in the door. Not only that, but he has continued to be a warm and welcome presence in the building, whenever I walk through the front door during working hours, he always greets me and my dog and stops to talk and ask how we're doing

I have now lived here for over a year and have loved it. Cary is the most professional and responsive whenever anything goes wrong. He has gone above and beyond to make my Alta Potrero living experience amazing. I recommend Alta Potrero and working with Cary Mayo if you are looking for an amazing building!

I love living here. The building is great with an awesome club room and an amazing rooftop. The apartment has a high ceiling and a lot of light. Cary is such a great human being. He's so helpful and has great energy!

After countless of self guided tours, my roommate and I were over apartment hunting. Then came Alta Potrero, we had our first encounter with Cary's amazing energy over the phone! And during our in person tour, it was even better! He was patient with us and took us to see 2B2B apartments with multiple layouts. He really helped us through the onboarding process and we're really glad we chose to live here!

I do give it a 4 because as one of the few tenants that moved in within 2 months of Alta Potrero's opening, the delivery of the apartments just didn't make it to expectations

Cary was a pleasure to work with! I did not lease an apartment here due to a last minute change in my work assignment but I surely would have given the wonderful experience I had with Cary. He listened to all my needs and wants for my next home and took the time to really get to know me. Cary was professional, knowledgeable and had a sincere desire to make the leasing process seamless. Moving during COVID can be quite intimidating, and ensuring that you're well supported by folks around you and feel safe has always been a priority whenever I move. After talking with Cary the first time over the phone, him showing me the space through video calls, and moving in shortly after, this has been an ideal location and residence walking in and out after months of living here.

Whenever there were any small issues even if I speak of it in passing, Cary and Olivia has always been on top of it and have been incredibly helpful to help me get settled in. Their attentiveness, approachability

Spoke with Olivia about scheduling a tour today. We confirmed for 1 pm. I flew in to San Francisco specifically to apartment hunt. I scheduled this appointment with Olivia over a week ago and confirmed with her twice. Instead of spending my time elsewhere I decided to try Alta Potrero. Waste of time. I arrived at 1255 pm. Waited until now 1:30 pm. No one even came into the leasing office. We followed someone in and waited. No one came around at all. What a waste of time. They obviously don't value their clients so how could they value their tenants ?

I would like to take the time to thank Olivia, she was so attentive, knowledgeable and invested in what I wanted in an apartment! I really like the aesthetic of this place and enjoyed the massive rooftop & views.

We've moved from the neighborhood and been here for 3 weeks now. This brand-new apartment is still under construction and everyone is getting familiar to the community. Some mechanical problems (AC, hot water) occurred but they are instantly responded upon maintenance request via resident app. We had a walk-in tour with Cary and he was super kind and patient to answer our requests and concerns. I think we are not very easy customers since me and my husband often changes our mind after letting him of our decision but Cary listened us very carefully and patiently until we get our final decision

I virtually toured Alta Portrero from Cary, and these are definitely luxury apartments for a fair price! The location is ideal, with a whole foods down the street and walking distance to Oracle Park and the Chase Center, and only 10-15 min walk to Caltrain. On top of your standard amenities like a gym and parking, it also has this amazing rooftop with views of the city and at least 4 areas to entertain with a firepit and BBQs, all secluded by plants so your gathering has some privacy!

The brand new apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer and central AC and heating, which is rare to find in the city
