Rude office staff and slow maintenance. Also maintenance stole a brand new drill of mine only to return it after I called them out! Thin walls and they charge $150+ for any doggy waste found on property!
A few of my neighbors and I had a problem with ants during the summertime and was on the 3rd floor..wasps are a problem during the summer as well. My car even got broken into I didn't know this place could be so terrible from the outside looking in.

We have lived here just over a month. Everything has been great so far. If noise above you is a problem this probably isn’t the place for you (unless you choose the third floor) as only the bedrooms have carpet and all other spaces are wood laminate. My neighbors upstairs are great but even day to day activity can seem extremely noisy.

I only lived here from February to July and had a great experience. Property management and maintenance are on top of making sure you're taken care of. The walking paths are great and neighbor noise isn't too bad. The only con is if you are in a building along the south side of the complex, you're next to k96 and will hear cars zooming. They're transparent about crime and keep everybody aware. I also got all my deposit back so they're not trying to trying to nickel and dime you either. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent maintenance staff, whenever I needed something fixed they usually come the next day. I live on the ground floor and experience spiders ,when I inform the office they send someone out to spray within that week. The grounds are kept clean. I lived here a year and is very pleased with the staff. I do have problems with the gate visitor box it apparently does not work with my phone company so I give my visitors and any restaurant delivery service my code to get in the gate.
