Veneers are thin pieces of porcelain cemented over the front of your teeth to change their color or shape. I had my teeth cleaned today at Jay Leftwich, DDS, and I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. My entire family is a patient at this office. Stephanie, the dental hygienist, has become a close friend of mine, and she takes excellent care of her patients. I look forward to my bi-annual teeth cleanings!

Poor communication upfront regarding benefits - front desk staff was completely misleading and even said “they accept” my insurance and I “owe nothing” when leaving the office, later to be called with a $200+ bill including a copay I supposedly had. Respectable physicians should inform their staff how to properly communicate coverage/benefits for the good of the PATIENT, and be prepared to give the patient their estimated due charges and copay responsibility UP FRONT at check in. Felt tricked and mislead, sad for an office with great medical staff and a wonderful cleaning experience.

Dr. Leftwich is amazing! I have extreme dental anxiety and he put me at ease. We discussed a plan to manage my anxiety for my procedure and I honestly have never been more at calm in a dental setting. He made sure I was pain free, advocated for my comfort, and in the process was patient and kind! I thought twice about posting such a good review cause I don’t want him to be discovered in the case that he will get so many new clients and not be able to work me in as a patient.... my family has been looking for a dentist since ours retired and we will all be at this mans office until he retires

When our long-time dentist retired, whom we all adored, my friends and I were anxious about who might take over. Thank goodness it was Dr. Leftwich. He's absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and also very personable. Though I've been lucky enough not to need any major work yet, he seems very thorough and careful. The offices are cheerfully decorated and the treatment rooms have a view out to nature, which is relaxing. The staff and hygienists are also very pleasant. It's worth a drive, but if you already live in East Dallas, the location is very convenient!

Dr. Leftwich is really the best dentist out there. He called me over the weekend to check on me when I needed to get seen for an issue with my face. Many doctors were saying it was just an allergy when he thought it was more viral. He was correct and now I am on antiviral medication after finally getting the correct diagnosis from the fourth doctor I have seen this past week. I trust Dr. Leftwich and know that he truly cares about all of his patients and their wellbeing. Thank you for everything you do!

Dr. Leftwich is amazing. Most of my past dental work has been very traumatic. He understands the problems with my mouth and teeth and there is no trauma, no pain. He has replaced a horrible crown, filled teeth and made a great night guard. He is thorough and does fantastic work. He staff is awesome too. They are all sweet, friendly and welcoming. Great office!

I was seen by Dr. Letwich as an emergency visit because of a broken tooth. I was pretty distressed over the tooth, but his staff was amazing and got me in fairly quickly. Upon my arrival, I waited less than 5 minutes to see the dentist, and left my visit with my smile intact, and feeling much more confident. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!!

Incredible service and staff! Every single person was happy and smiling throughout the office. Dr. Leftwich is caring and kind, and the takes time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions.
