This has been the most pleasant and productive move I have ever done. Long story short, I was given 24 hours to be out of my old place due to a switch in management, and of course I freaked out. I called Fourth Street East the following day, and Dartise made everything possible... I was all moved in by the end of that same day.
Dartise worked all day long to get my application in, processed, and approved. The building and amenities are amazing, and worth the monthly rent (compared to other properties nearby). I have recommended a few people already to move to Fourth Street East, with one moving

Anyone living or who has lived in the bay area knows just how difficult it can be. we know no property or building is perfect. no management company is perfect either. I was quickly reminded of this after moving to 4th street east. this building is very modern with many positive benefits. great floor plans with beautiful amenities. the shining star at this property is definitely Dartise from the front office. he’s repeatedly gone above and beyond his responsibilities to accommodate our unit. any time an issue comes up or needs attention, Dartise is there to help us thru the process. he’s definitely

I toured this complex with Dartise on a Saturday afternoon. The building is beautiful and well-taken care of. The current residents seem very friendly and happy to be living there. The units are spacious and modern. Dartise was very knowledgeable and friendly, and already made me feel at home. I will be coming back closer to my move-in date to see what is available and hopefully I can call Fourth Street East home!

My wife and I have been living here for well over 1.5 years and we have seen a lot of great changes while living here. The leasing staff that is here now is so attentive to our requests! Dartise J. has been such a tremendous help to us since he started working at the office. He is super kind, and helpful. If he doesn't know how to help us directly, he follows up and makes sure we get what we need! Highly recommend!

Wow. 5/5 experience!! I just moved in 2 weeks ago and I love it here. Dartise was especially helpful in making sure my roommate and I picked the perfect budget-friendly apartment. He gave a 5-star tour across the building and explained the advantages of each amenity. Dartise also made moving in such an ease; he was extremely professional, charismatic, and SUPER helpful. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I had about leasing and the neighborhood. (Especially since I moved all the way across the country).

Dartise Jones made viewing and moving into Fourth Street East Apartments one of the best and easiest moves I have ever had. His welcoming demeanor, professionalism, and constant willingness to help is hard to come by and one of the main reasons that sold me on living in these apartments. Dartise was awesome to work with while moving in! With a process that is normally stressful, he made it as seamless as possible. He answered all of our questions, and was available throughout the following weeks if we had further questions about the lease and moving process. Additionally, the front office was able to accommodate and help us with packages while still getting set up.

I just moved into my new apartment at Fourth St East and am loving it so far. I was lucky enough to get paired with Dartise from the leasing office and he made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. He was extremely friendly & helpful during the tour phase, showing me a number of apartments based on my preferences. Once I settled on an apartment, he was communicative during lease signing.
