Jenna at the front office was extremely helpful. She expedited the leasing process so we could move in as soon as possible. We had limited options do to our moving and number of pets. Jenna made sure that we were well taken care of. Very professional and helpful!
So far we have thoroughly enjoyed living here. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have to assume that you guys don't actually want new tenants because my husband and I have called 6+ different times during your "bussiness hours" and even stopped by the office which was locked. Not sure how to get in touch..

After reading reviews and looking at availability, I decided to reach out to The Haven.
I was offered to visit and to have a tour of the community at my convenience. I visited and was very pleased by the customer service I was given. Jenna, the leasing consultant, was very prompt to welcoming me upon my arrival. She was informative and knowledgeable about the property while giving a lovely tour. Shadow, the assistant property manager, was extremely friendly and spoke about events she enjoys having to connect with residents. That is something I would highly appreciate. I visited the Haven to inquire about information, Jenna O, was very accommodating of my time and my desires. She showed me a model apartment and walked me through the commons where I met several tenants and they all spoke highly of the property and the amenities, in which I hope after COVID blows over I can attend soon. The gym area and the pool topped my experience for both relaxation and growth. I enjoyed my time there and a woman named Shadow even greeted me on a day where they were having an event and it made me comfortable and it felt so inviting. I spoke with man named Manning upon my arrival

After moving two college kids more times than I can remember, I was not looking forward to expediting a move for a recent graduate over the phone some 600 miles away in VA. Everybody's typical anxiety over relocating was removed for us when we basically found a "family member" in leasing agent, Jenna Owenby. Miss Owenby fielded our countless questions over the phone, made tremendously helpful recommendations about Chattanooga and made sure a couple unforeseen problems with our son's apartment were taken care of immediately. After staying here for over a year and experiencing the Tornado of last year and the complete rebuild of the community, everyone from the maintenance crew to the office staff, I have always been able to get ahold of everyone, maintenance has been amazing and always answered work orders within 24 hours, and for the size of the Apts to rent ratio, it cannot be beat!!! Parking is plentiful and with being a Gated community pretty much ducked off from the main road of Gunbarrel and Shallowford there is never Thru traffic, they also have connected garages that are enormous highly recommend these Apts

There are not enough words to say how great this place is! I started out dealing with Dillard, who was so kind, and then with Shadow and Susan. EXCELLENT customer service. They didn't treat you like a resident - they treated you like family. If ever I am in the position to live in that area again, that is the ONLY place that I will live. AMAZING!!!

Moved in for short term lease between houses. Oh where to begin....for $1400
Holes in floor ( just covered by carpet ). Foot sinks a good 1-2 inches. Really!!!! Fix the floor the correct way. Lawsuit just waiting
