Honestly a simply great experience so far! Only giving it four stars for the time being since I think it would be dishonest to give five stars while only having lived here for about two weeks.
Leasing itself was a breeze. Maria was exceptionally helpful with every step of the process. Any question at any time of the day, she was available and ready to help. We even messed up a little on our application and she still helped us fix it even though she really didn't have to. Furthermore, there's no way you'll get a bad unit or deal with her, she toured our place before we got it and determined it

I have been looking for an apartment for a few months now and haven't been able to make a decision on where to go, until I came to Chapel Hill. Wow. This place is gorgeous. After searching for so long, Chapel Hill beat the competition in price, quality and amenities. Lea and her team definitely made an impression. Sadly, I am no longer able to move to these apartments. Plans change, but if I ever have the opportunity to move back into this area, I will not think twice to apply here. Anyone curious should definitely take a look. You will not regret it.
