I can not recommend Arterra enough the staff from the office to maintenance everyone is always so nice. Each time I go into the office I am always greeted and felt so welcomed and all of my work orders are done fast and correct the first time. Thank you for everything Lilah, Chris, Jessica, Layla and Nathan!

I spoke with Lilah last week, she answered the phone and was so awesome, answered all my questions, then followed up with an email, this set Arterra apart for me I have spoken to so many apartments in Albuquerque and Arterra stood out. I am looking to move sometime next year, and I cannot wait to call Arterra my home!

If you’re ever in the market for an apartment I recommend Arterra Apartments! All of the office staff are amazing. Very professional. Every conversation feels genuine! I love living here. The apartments are huge and definitely worth it. The girls in the office made moving easy :)))

We relocated from another state and our relocation company recommended this apartment, I have paid a premium to rent the apartments and when collected the keys from the front office and entered the apartment there were poisonous centipedes and cockroaches. We had a toddler and i have requested if the apartment can be cleaned again or if we can be moved to another apartment. The management was very reluctant and mentioned " welcome to New Mexico". The maintenance guy that came to remove the centipedes did mention that these were poisonous.

Possibly one of the BEST properties in Albuquerque. Maintained by excellence. Lilah is the property manager and she exceeds all expectations. She truly goes above and beyond. All residents are treated with care. You will not find a better property with better service. Living here was beyond a living experience. It truly felt like a home. The property was extremely well maintained, organized and productive. Work orders were completed within 24 hours, on snow days the staff was sure to make sure ever step was salted, when the pandemic hit- these ladies made sure to protect all residents. I would

Although the area is pretty and in a safe place in town, it’s extremely overpriced for the amenities they provide. Everything in the apartment is relatively outdated for the price, and it wasn’t clean at all when I moved in. I spent hours cleaning and vacuuming. Also, if something happens to come up in life where you need to break the lease, it’s essentially 4 months payment required to break the lease. I’m pregnant and bought a house for myself and my expecting baby, yet management will not budge even ending the lease a month early. Not a flexible place to live at all.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I am currently looking to move in May of next year. Today I went in to tour an apartment. I spoke with a Susan, she was extremely kind and was so easy to connect with. She was knowledgable about her product and answered all my questions. I felt that she allowed me to take my time and walk through the apartment. The community itself was clean and well organized. The apartment looked brand new even though it was built late 90’s. In comparison to multiple properties I visited this one stood out to me! I am so happy to have found my home for when I move May

I love the management team including the maintenance folks. I really appreciate the office assistant team and the grounds. This is a great place to walk, jog, swim, workout and have a barbeque. I love my view of the mountains and how quiet it is here. I am close to everything I need, groceries, bank, shopping, doctors, restaurants, carwash, gas stations etc. I would be on the Arterra Chamber of Commerce if there were such a thing.

They are an incompetent company. They charged me unsubstantiated damages. I asked them for the proof, the carpet is the main example, and they provided a linoleum invoice as proof. Two years later they still have not provided proof. I have also received 5 ledgers with final balances. Not a single one balances or matches any other. I have no… problem paying for any damages, but when I started getting the charges and a different answer every correspondence, I started questioning everything and to date they have shown their true colors. No integrity with this place.

Arterra is NOT the same since new management took over. Staff is not as great as the last. & it seems nobody knows how to pick up a phone and answer calls. I’ve called the office multiple times and left multiple voicemails with no response from any staff. Very unhappy with the way things have been going. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Woowoo love it here!!!!!! I recommend this to any family single family and single young people as myself...you uave everything you need at your finger tips.....all the ladies in the office are AMAZING THEY EVEN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO PUT A HAPPY BIRTHDAY GOODIE BAG ON MY DOOR FOR MY BIRTHDAY....THEY ARE ALL ROCK STARS!!!!!!!!!!
