Have been staying in the Benjamin since 2017, love the location, the view. In general the service is good, but recently there is one concierge that doesn't get the door when I come in with baby, always makes up excuses to not bring food up to the room, always shows a bad attitude. There are more and more luxury apartments in seaport, and Benjamin needs to improve its hospitality to keep up with the rest.

My fiancé and I just moved in to The Benjamin and have had such a positive experience! Lauren(Asst GM) has been wonderful since the day she gave us a tour which was back in March. Lauren was communicative through the whole process, from helping us pick a unit to helping with move in, answering my plethora of questions! We looked at multiple other buildings in Seaport, and there was something about it here that made it feel like home. We keep saying how happy we are that we chose to live here.

I cannot recommend the Benjamin enough. Not only does it have the best location within the Seaport compared to all of the other managed buildings, but it's just lovely all around! I've been living here for a year and plan to stay for at least two more. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Also, throughout COVID, the management team has been very communicative and open, which made this uncertain time much easier to navigate.

Absolutely love living at The Benjamin. The fourth floor amenity space is amazing - beautiful gym, conference room, and one of the few rooftop pools in the area. Prior to covid, the building always had great events, including really fun holiday celebrations, pool parties, yoga classes on the roof deck, and mid week happy hours. Throughout the pandemic, they've done an amazing job keeping everything super clean and safe, and have even hosted lots of fun community zoom events like cooking classes. The Benjamin is a fantastic place to live. You are steps from beautiful Boston Harbor and the gorgeous, modern design with floor to ceiling windows provides a light and airy place to live. The management is very customer friendly and they organize lots of fun community happenings--even in COVID times. The staff--from the concierge to the maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. You can't ask for a better way to experience city living.

Loving the Benjamin! Just check out the website. All true. I moved here just over a year ago and I feel at home. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have been attentive and alert during the pandemic as well. Amazing communication from all the folks here and keeping the building sanitized regularly. There's a roof deck with a pool. There's a gym and a huge lounge to work or relax. There's underground parking and you can have pets. I work remote and it's always quiet yet you are close to everything. Everything. I could have gone anywhere and happy I chose the Benjamin. If you want to live

I absolutely love living at the Benjamin. From the time you walk through the front door, it is truly a friendly experience. Management is eager to assist any issues/questions which may arise. The amenities are excellent and the building is spotless. It's convenient location to the city, restaurants and highways is great.
