We just relocated from not only another city but another country(Canada)
We looked at many different places but the Element just seemed right for our family.
Kudos to Sarah from the Element for making the move into our new place very easy.
The property is very well maintained by Jorge and his team.

This property is beautiful...I spoke to and was shown around by Sarah... She was very professional and warm and was able to answer all my questions, exactly what I look for in housing staff... this place has moved to the top of my list..if anybody is thinking about this place do yourself a favor and get sarah

I came to these apartments after many very unsuccessful visits to other apartments and found the staff here to be remarkable. I talked with a woman by the name of Sarah and she was so helpful with the entire process. She was answered all the questions I had and was so sweet. I have had a miserable experience with so many other people and their apartments and she made me feel at home. I believe, just by the experience I've had with her, I will make this place my home. Thank you Sarah, I will be seeing you soon.

Finding a new home is hard enough, especially with how it becomes competitive among the people trying to get you signed on a lease. Sarah was different! After four years, we are sadly leaving our apartment at this complex. We've outgrown the space and decided it was just time. This complex is great as a whole. Great vibes and in a nice location. They have changed management a few times since we've moved in and it got a little confusing. It got a little dicey when the pandemic hit. Things became very stressful for everyone and the extra fees that were added on to our rent hurt us financially. There were times when we didn't even know if we could make rent and we tried to communicate with management whenever we could. They seemed willing

I'm writing this review because of my positive personal experience at Element. I was in a bind and needed to find a new home in a short amount of time. I sent in my application and went to visit the complex the next day where I was greeted by, Joey. I I was very up front with my stressful situation and in turn he didn't just help me with the process in its entirety, he also gave his precious time and energy to treat me with care and understanding. As a manager of the complex, he even followed up to make sure everything was taken care of and all questions were answered before I even had

This community has potential but isn't cared for properly.
My $25 trash fee I pay is obsolete as my trash is never picked up. I recently got ants on my front patio due to that fact. I had to call my own exterminator after reporting the issue several times with no response from maintenance to treat the issue (also pay for that in my contract monthly). The community is also constantly littered with trash/debris and unkempt. Still haven't been given a gate key after 5 months. They also haven't compromised on lowering the rent price due to their negligence from the previous issues.

Let me tell you something for all the money in the world this is "not "the place for anyone looking for safety, comfort and quiet .. over price extremely small outdated if you think you getting white kitchen with the upgrades forget it .. unit you are forced to pay for cable for 100 bucks for Cox cable with the same terrible channels and then you are forced to pay for Valet trash service 25 dollars for a little black container you have to leave outside at their convenience in special garbage bags that you have to buy scam !! They said toilets were replaced but it takes about 2-3 flushes

I moved into Element 5 years ago when it was known as Camden Canyon. At that time it was clean, maintenance was great and neighbors were awesome. I recently moved out because it went way down hill. The gate is now open at all hours, maintenance is not as helpful, they are moving in families or roommates where a bunch of apartments seem to have six people living in the unit. I heard several people screaming at each other along with some tenants blasting music with their windows open... I could go on and on how bad it is. Joey on their staff is actually very nice but he has no power to make changes

We are moving to Element Apartments in about 3 weeks and I'm already in-love! While searching and doing inquires for new aparttments in the Las Vegas area, Mary was the only one who responded promptly with a call and an email. She has worked with us every step of the way. Calling when she said she wouLd, emailing and confirming information and checking to make sure that we have everything that we need. Since we're driving from Texas to Nevada, she understands the logistics and has worked with us every step of the way. Thank you Element Apartments for hiring such a friendly and caring

It has officially been a month since I've moved out of this place and I honestly couldn't be happier. Writing reviews is not my thing so let's start with something positive about this place. Their Layouts are amazing some of the best in town. The pool area is also great and towards the end they got a Amazon locker which worked for me cause I lived on Amazon.
Unfortunately that's all the good I can say about this place. My first negative experience at this place was during the holidays when I was ordering gifts for my loved ones my packages was coming up missing left and right

Pros: very nice spacious apartments, fair rent price for this area, super nice staff before and after they transitioned after another company bought it out. Amazon lockers on site, pretty well kept gym and swimming pool
Cons: 1. increasingly noisy tenents, if u live near anywhere where ppl drive through to get to their parking u can expect loud rap music with heavy bass randomly throughout the night, and if ur living downstairs u can pretty much hear every step the person above you is taking. Which is very annoying if u have a regular 9-5 schedule and they decide to walk around 1-2am in the morning

So I'm not quite sure why there aren't more 5 star reviews! Stopped by to take it look at these apartments today as my current lease will be ending soon. I spoke with Joey! He was fantastic!! gave me a tour of the complex and units available. The floor plans are awesome!! Definitely not your standard cookie cutter shaped apartments that you find all over Las Vegas. They have character and are remodeled!! I look forward to living here in the next couple months.

I have been living on the top floor on top of a drug addict who has been causing me problems I have complained to management just for them to do nothing. I also have had my car vandalized by rocks and nothing was done about it. I loathe living here! It's ratchet and too expensive for the problems that they don't fix.. requested my vent filter to be replaced to no avail.. I'm disgusted at the handling of my family and the lack of care

Update (12-30-2018): I lived in Element apartments for 1 year until I moved back to California for work. To this day my roommate and I still talk about how much we miss Element. The move out process was so easy. We got our deposit back within a month and had no issues whatsoever. I would still recommend this community to anyone moving to Las Vegas! You can't beat the location (3 minutes from Target and Whole Foods, 18 minutes from UNLV SDM, gated community, safe neighborhood).
