Aventine apartments are very nice and exceeded my expectations. I rented the apartment long distance based on the pictures and floor plans that were posted on the website Rent.com. Nicole, who was in the leasing office on the property, helped me with all my questions and helped my husband and I fill out all the documents in order to lease the apartment I picked. I even switched apartments from a two bedroom to a one bedroom and she was very accommodating. Even Melanie was very helpful as we were sending forms back and forth.

I have lived at Aventine for about 6 months and so far I am very happy with it. All of our maintenance items are handled timely and safely. Our apartment is beautiful with great amenities. My only “complaint” would be the snow maintenance so far of the parking lots. But otherwise I am very happy we picked Aventine!

I’ve loved living here since they were built. The location is unbeatable. Shopping and restaurant options are so close. My apartment is large with unique, functional and beautiful characteristics throughout. The pool area is so great - love the fireplace and grill area for evenings. The trash valet service is so handy and maintenance is always there if I need them - even for a simple lightbulb change. I highly recommend our community here at wilderness hills.
