Whole complex floods every July. Lived here for 2 years and the first year thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Thought maybe it was an especially rainy season. Wrong. We filed a maintenence request and were not kept informed about anything happening or why there was water flowing through our downstairs living area. Then it flooded again a few weeks later. Then again the next summer. Management gave us no help in the cleanup or explanations. The AC unit in our apartment was installed improperly and never cooled effeciently the entire two years. Multiple maintenence requests were made

This is my first experience living on my own and away from my family. This complex is everything I could ask for and then some. I have made some lifelong friends here. The staff are the nicest people in Baton Rouge and they really care about your concerns, if any. I moved here to attend LSU and the commute was perfect with it being right near the interstate. I can't say anything bad about this place. I will be so sad when I have to leave!

I lived here for a few years. My experience was great. Always a smiling face from maintenance and from office staff. Any maintenance emergencies I had were quickly and efficiently handled. I left due to purchasing my 1st home. When I turned keys in it was a tear fest. I truly felt at home at cypress. If there ever is a need for me to go back to apartment living they will be the 1st stop on my list. Not many things are safe nowadays and I truly felt comfortable and secure living there. I 100 percent reccomend!

The best complex I've lived in by far and also made my commute to LSU not so much of a big deal. Management and other faculty are all so kind and attentive. I'll miss this complex and its staff for sure. If there is a problem, whether it be interpersonal or with your unit, they take it seriously and deal with it as soon as they're able. The complex itself is so beautiful, containing a dock, beautiful pond, and a flock of cute ducks. I highly recommend living here.

Mike, the maintenance guy is great! He is quick and works real hard to handle all resident's maintenance problems. I appreciate him for that and being so nice and friendly about it as well. The front office staff is super friendly, professional and helpful as well. I appreciate the alerts I get through my text/email of family-friendly events taking place at the complex and alerts of situation of the complex, since I'm always on the go I get a heads-up. Love the security and the pleasant neighbors and serenity.

THE BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN BATON ROUGE!!! My family and I will be moving back to Georgia in less than 2 weeks and this is the only thing we will miss. Mr. Ryan and Ms. Brandy, the front desk staff are absolutely amazing, very accommodating, extremely loving and just great people! Mr. Eric and Mr. Richard, the maintenance men are quick to respond to any issue, very knowledgeable, respectful and have a great sense of humor!! Lived here for 2 years and this place has some of the best staff of any place I have lived. Pool is maintained all year long and grounds are kept clean. Maintenance staff is above average with their knowledge and promptness when it comes to any issues that arrive. It's proximity to Costco is also appealing with being able to get gas and groceries without having to get on any main roads. I am very pleased with this apartment.

I absolutely love living here! The apartments are a little old, but they are SO well maintained that you can't even tell. All of the staff is amazing as well. The office managers are always curteous and nice and the maintenance staff is available 24/7 in case of any problems. As long as my family is in Baton Rouge, we will be staying in this apartment complex.

Fabulous! These grounds are so peaceful and well manicured. Although the complex is older, the management has taken care of all aspects. Without any doubt, this maintenance team has the very best in response, completion and commitment. I came from a single home to an apartment for the first time and I can say that I don't ever want to own a home again. The icing on the cake is the management staff here. They are very responsive, polite and go beyond to assist in any way. This complex strives to exceed expectations and they do it!
