They will lie straight to your face and then say that you were the one who "misunderstood" when they clearly are the ones who don't have any good communication skills whatsoever. WORST apartments and staff ever. If I could give this horrendous, money stealing, pathetic excuse of an apartment complex and all the staff 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat

I love the staff and the hard work that you have done since I have been here. The new boss Sharron is really good and makeing sure that the things that need fixing are fixed and she is fantastic in her ability to address the issues that you have! And Carrie is a special person in the nice things & she is fantastic in helping you with everything she can always kind and friendly .Alex is fantastic in the office and on the grounds.i am very grateful for your help 👍👍👍🌷 and to the best guys for repairs and doing it right now! Moved in about 4 months ago. Really was excited about moving in here originally. Had some speed bumps (changed our move in time at 9am the day of from 10am to 4pm!) even though we had this schedule for 2 months before our move in date! Didn’t have a mail key the first 2 weeks or a working key fob. From the day we moved in the roof swamp cooler vent looked like this. I have filled out numerous maintenance requests as it progressively gets worse and leaks. Gone to the front office numerous times and long story short nothing has been done. Downstairs neighbors are terrible smoking inside, dogs barking

Moved here beginning of this year 2021 from out of state, since the beginning the staff here has made this transition so pleasant. As with any new place there are some minor maintenance inquires and the response was almost immediate! The maintenance crew is respectable and thorough, always going that extra mile to ask if there’s anything else they can do. Thank you Carrie, TJ and the entire maintenance crew. We appreciate your hard work and quick response!

Live here for a year now. Management is so great, they worth with you! Maintenance is amazing they came and fixed every problem we had, all though our dish washer stil continues to leak lol but that’s okay. It has been amazing place call home, I love it here. I do have a few cons, every time I order door dash or Uber east our building address it send the people on the other side of the fence, it would be cool if they had a gate door that would open and put our building address on it so it make it’s easier for them and also family and friends when we has visitors. I also hate how rent is is

Honestly, i really cannot complain. Didn't like my neighbors much, but that's no fault of the complex. When my wife and I moved in, the complex was relatively newly under new management and they were putting a ton of work into making it a more desirable place to live. When we moved in, we found out that there was no W+D in our unit as promised - the management apologized profusely and adjusted our rent accordingly. When we moved out, communication was prompt and cleaning and maintenance charges were very reasonable.

Maintenance is great, they’re so friendly, and treat with respect. They’re very nice to my kids, the front office is so nice, and understanding and have helped and worked with my family with paying our rent. Hayley (property manager) is a kind hearted and down to earth person. Carrie is always so nice and helps us if we have question. Alex is so nice, and is one my wife’s good friend. Best place I’ve ever stayed, and lived. I recommend looking into these apartments.

I have lived here now for a few months, after relocating from NC, and love it, and feel safe. They even have a security company who monitors us day and night. That is a great feeling since I work 3rd shift. Moving to a new city and state has it challenges but I am forever grateful to have meet Haylee and Carrie the management staff at Monaco. They are so warm and welcoming, and remind you that you have a family here at Monaco. The facilities are amazing, I even have a washer and dryer in my unit, and OH My Goodness it has a swimming pool :) This is my first real apartment outside of college so

I recently relocated to once again another Bridge Property. I love how Bridge takes care of their building. Haylee and Carrie in the office are great and always welcoming when I come to inquire about something. The apartments are always clean and safe. They take pets here which is great and I am glad that they offer doggy bags to pet owners. Other than seeing pets here you couldn't tell by looking at the grounds which is a plus. I am so happy that the office staff is so polite and genuinely takes you serious like you matter. Thanks Haylee and Carrie, I so appreciate it. The staff is great at Monaco

Since coming under new management, I've been very impressed with how much improvement we've seen at Monaco. Cosmetically speaking, they've been keeping the place looking very clean with new paint and renovations; and they've been doing a great job staying on top of trash and repairs. The people in the office have always made a point to listen to us and make us feel cared for. We recently decided we wanted to move from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom and they have made that process very easy (and affordable). Definitely would recommend this place if you're looking for a nice
