I have been living on this property for two years. Previous management were really horrible. Upon moving in the apartment maintenance hallway had the apartment ready. Old appliances and dirty carpet. My laundry area baseboards are rusted and nasty. Stair railings are hazardous. The current management has been doing much better with the maintenance and cleaning up the property.

I have lived here since 2017 and it’s been a wonderful pleasant experience. For me being a single mom they have been always reliable. Especially when it come to changes with household stuff. I called and spoke to the property manager about a rental verification I sent off and she told me that rental verifications are not a priority to her and as a property manager myself I WOULD NOT HIRE someone who doesn’t prioritize residents no matter if they are moving out I see why they are her attitude is completely unprofessional Ms.Gulley please do better
