I can’t believe I’ve only been going to Anna for about 6 months, the incredible changes I’ve seen in my body and overall well-being in that time has surpassed any expectations I thought I had!! I always thought pilates wasn’t for me and based on the only 2 times I had tried it (in a class setting) I was intimidated by it despite years of weight lifting and going to the gym.
Well with the pandemic and lack of activity, I ended up gaining weight and becoming out of shape. I wasn’t happy and struggled to make any progress on my own. I was recommended to try one-on-one pilates. I did a search

LOVE Anna! I’ve been seeing her for about 6 months and she has helped me tremendously from head to toe, literally. After every session, I always feel taller and more flexible. Anna is very hands-on and mindful of how you are feeling at the moment and will tailor each exercise to what your body needs. Her teaching is incorporated into my every day life and has already eased a lot of stress/tension on my body. Anna is amazing. I feel so grateful to have found my way to her studio and have been going weekly for over 2 years. I personally can see and feel my body transforming. I started going to Anna when I was several weeks pregnant with my second child. Anna worked with me on building strength from the feet up, learning how to breathe in order to move without tension, and becoming more attuned to my body's strengths and weaknesses. After a surprisingly breezy birth (very different from my first), I was up walking and moving freely within a day. I attribute this incredible recovery and fundamental strength to her teaching and coaching.
Now more than 2 years later, I am still seeing Anna once a week, and I am learning new things every week. Each week I see progress

Anna is the most motivating, conscientious and informed pilates instructor that I've ever worked with, and I've worked with many. It’s not an exaggeration to say that working with Anna has changed my life. I have now been seeing her 2-3x a week for 9 months and I have a totally different outlook on my body. Rather than being frustrated by it, I am amazed at what it can do! She is so knowledgeable and works hard to make sure you understand how particular muscles work and why we are doing things a certain way. She is kind and patient, but there is no “can’t” with Anna. She will not let you give up — she works tirelessly to find a way for you to safely do a movement, and she never lets you feel bad for modifying it

Anna has this amazing way of helping you to understand your body & for what each muscle, bone, ligament, etc. are used for. She helps you to create, not only, a strong core, but a strong sense of self, as well. I always feel great after my sessions with her and excited for the transformation that will continue to happen!

In short, Anna has changed my life.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Anna...
Her patience and wisdom are everything.
I have had 2 shoulder surgeries and was left with very limited range of motion.
I also have a torn meniscus.
on the verge of giving up I was introduced to Anna and from there everything changed...
