Overall a good place to live. The staff has always been so professional and so helpful. Maintenance could use some work but it’s still better than what I’ve experienced other places. The residents are in general really cool. All types of people from all walks of life find home here. I think this place just has good energy and attracts overall good people. Another really cool thing about this place is the landscaping. They have a lot of biodiversity and beautiful plants and trees. I see a lot of pollinators around. No baron and boring fields of grass that is no help to the environment just gorgeously

Just drove by to see what units will be available and when. I had no appointment. The leasing consultant I met, Jada Robinson, was very professional and dedicated. She showed me all the availabilities and took time to give me a virtual tour of the units in addition to an actual tour of the display unit. I give a 5 for the service.

So just wanna say that my stay here has been great.The first year was not too awesome because of issues but once I was transferred to a better unit it's been a blessing.I want to say that Jada has been a a great help and is always willing to go above and beyond to assist others in.there time of need.Always smiling and very perfessional in all she does here.. That's one of the reasons I renewed my lease.

I lived here for more than 3 years in the studio. Overall, I liked it here. The price is reasonable, studio is quite spacious, apartment is generally well-maintained considering it being quite old buildings. The location is quite convenient with gas station, restaurants, and a number of grocery stores including target, walmart, and publix nearby.
Staffs are friendly and helpful when you visit them in the office, but they are hard to get a hold of when trying to contact them via email. They generally don't respond to emails. There seem to be lack in communication between staffs, so I had to repeat

I have to say we have only been here a week and are very impressed with the welcoming staff from Nakita's Amazing Personality and quick response to any questions we had...to the Awesome Maintenance team, Leonard and Dre who have already helped with minor things. Move in process was so smooth. Love the studio apartment, it is more spacious than I thought and I know we will love it here. It's in the middle of everything. Literally whatever store you need is within a 5 mile drive. Thanks for the warm welcoming Parkway Square Apartments!

My son does not yet live there (not moving until Aug), but our experience with them during our apartment search in Tallahassee was excellent. We had not had very good experiences with other places prior to visiting Parkway Square, so we weren't very hopeful. We were greeted by Nikita, though, and she turned our day around completely. She was very friendly and welcoming, showed us a beautiful, clean apartment, and answered all of our questions. She was obviously knowledgeable and her customer service skills were outstanding. Looking forward to August.

What can I say...I love it here! The studio apartment is perfect for me and my toddler. It is so peaceful and quiet here. Its almost scary. The best thing so far has been the friendly staff. Nakita and Ranisha go above and beyond to make sure your problems are solved. They are extremely polite and knowledgeable. I plan to live here for a really long time. Thank you for making my moving experience perfect!

RIDICULOUSLY PERFECT LOCATION! Community is a hidden gem! I have been a resident of Parkway Square for 6 years. They have had management companies and staff come and go, and with that I've suffered at times. However, The staff that has been here the last two years or so is very professional, helpful whenever possible, and doing everything they are able to do to ensure a positive experience. Maintenance has had issues, mostly due to under staffing, the office has been disorganized at times, mostly due to management shift whiplash, however, through it all I see change coming! UPDATE! NOW EVEN WITH MORE GHETTO TRASH. Police calls have doubled. I double lock all my doors and windows. Trash still piles up. Landscaping getting worse. Everything is deteriorating. Saw one guy looking in cars for unlocked ones. This place is a slum. More and more each week.

CF Lane bought Parkway Square in April 2016. It has declined rapidly. Office staff never never ever never reply to requests. Their email doesn't work and all emails get returned unsent.
