We selected Matt over the other Brokers that we met with because of the analytical approach that he took towards selecting a listing price, the comprehensive marketing strategy that was included for the the commission, and his experience. We also appreciated that he made us feel confident in our listing, but did not oversell us or make it seem like the sale was a given. There were other brokers who took this approach because of the current market, which made us question the level of effort they would put into getting us the most money for our house.
