I lived at Stargate West for one year in a 2 bed, 2 bath on the first floor. Stargate is a decent apartment complex for Tucson, but beware of the luxury aspect that they advertise as it has seen better days. The complex was built in the 90's and is definitely showing its age. My apartment had cheap features and ventilation problems. Smells from other apartments (food, weed, etc) traveled between floors easily. Another main issue I had while living here was the noise from other tenants that were above and connected to me. The ceilings and walls are very thin, so it becomes noisy very quickly and

Amazing place to stay. Any maintenance issues is taken care of very quickly. We had a problem with the fridge and instantly they replaced it with a new one. The washer and dryer is a big plus. They also provide one covered parking for each unit so we don't have to worry about it. The office staff is super helpful all the time and the maintenance team is great. The premise is always kept clean and landscaping is super. Great place to stay.

Cheaper than a U of A dorm and a safer area than most apt complexes. Nice new appliances with washer and dryer. Large patio for an apt. Kitchen a bit dated. Nice pool area. Quiet area overall. About 5 minutes away from Starpass resort. Office and Maintenance staff get to know tenants, are friendly and keep a watchful eye. Not a fan of the many speed bumps throughout the parking area but it does keep the speed down.

Stargate West is conveniently located on the West of I-10 & St. Mary's, closer to PCC West. I have been residing here for about two years now and has the best experience so far! Very quiet and safe neighborhood.
First off, they offer 1BR, 2BR and 3BR. I have lived both in 3BR and 1BR units. Both units are spacious and upgrades are available when it comes to kitchen appliances. My most favorite thing about the units are the readily available washer and dryer since I live a busy lifestyle and can't afford to go to a laundromat. The staff is very friendly I've known them for years now. It's great and reasonably priced place to live. Any maintenance issues are handled instantly, though because its a somewhat modern complex maintenance problems are rare. Washer and dryer in every unit .1 covered parking space per unit. Pool and jacuzzi. Very nicely manicured grounds. Super tall palm trees. View of the mountains from certain units is also a huge plus for scenery. Unless you're someone that doesn't like mountain views. Courtesy patrol at night.

Complex five stars but unfortunately it's just not possible. I just moved in about a week ago and I'm not sure if it's just me with this issue, but I have a serious bug issue in my kitchen. And have killed at least three little roaches. They are always in my
Cabinets and it is freaking me out!!!!! I can't speak for everyone and say this place has a bug issue, but my apartment definitely does! My other complaint would have to be that the walls are paper thin, so you can hear pretty much just about everything people. Yes, I mean EVERYTHING! My

WOW. The management really wants their tenants to be happy. I'm sure it has limits, but they have taken care of everything. We chose a 2 bedroom 2 bath to start. Signed a two year lease and then moved in. Okay, we didn't measure and the apartment layout didn't allow for our stuff. They sensed our discomfort and offered a two 1 1/3 bath townhome, and for the same price. An incredible offer to be sure. Though we really wanted that second bath. We peeked in on a three bedroom 2 bath and fell in love. 1200 Sq. Ft. and now we have to get more stuff to fill it. We made them an offer
