I live in Abbott’s Run currently and the maintenance guys have been terrific. I put in a work order and it is taken care of almost immediately. Mark and Devin are always friendly and can repair almost anything, and the things they have to call out for are finished in just a day. I really enjoy living here, you would like it too!

I have been a tenant here for the last 2 years and I cant say enough wonderful things about this complex! Every single time I have a maintenance issue Mark and his team jump right on it. They are efficient and respectful and its always a pleasure to see them. And when they are not helping tenants they are always driving around the complex cleaning up and making this truly the nicest complex I have ever lived at.

My experience so far in the apartments of Abbotts run has been great! I enjoy the community as a whole, the workers are very kind and hardworking. They have been doing updates to the property which have made the experience along with the look that much better. Work orders are quick and efficiently taken care of right when needed with the help of Devon who is one of the maintenance men at Abbott’s run, gets the job done in a timely manner. Overall, if you’re looking for a good, friendly, safe apartment to settle in for any amount of time, this is the place to do so!

Moving in was a breeze! Dustin made applying super easy and straightforward. Mandy in the office was super kind as well with giving me a tour and explaining all the paperwork. Any maintenance issue was resolved in just a couple of days! My only issue is how dirty the outside of the buildings are along with the abundance of spiders!

My apartment smelled awful and had a lingering cigarette smell. It was all over my child, myself, my hair, all my clothes and was even stuck in my leather bags, and all furniture. When I left I had to throw away all my furniture, mattresses and so many pillows and blankets.
Mandy was awesome and so accommodating and super helpful with every problem I brought to her attention. She was attentive and responsive as well.
Devin and Mark were two of the best maintenance men and so helpful. They fixed all my problems in a timely manner, sprayed for bugs, showed up on the weekends and during their time
