It's been a pleasure living here. The staff is very helpful. I love the maintenance team. They take care of everything quickly. Even the residents are all very nice. I do wish there was better parking. On my side of the community, when you come home it's often difficult to find an empty spot in front of the building. You often find yourself having to park a building away and then walking to your building.

Moved in on my birthday in September! Abby was soo sweet and responsive!! She made sure i had every question answered shes a very awesome, The area is amazing the complex is well kept and the neighbors are friendly!! And the events they have so far sounds fun! And my apartment is everything i ever wanted for me and my daughter :)

I want to compliment Abby for being an amazing leasing agent. My fiancee and I have visited many apartments here in Jacksonville and worked with numerous leasing agents; but we were blown away by her level of customer service. Abby was knowledgeable about the community and all it had to offer, she was personable with each resident we encountered… during our tours, and she even worked with our constantly changing work schedules to make sure we visited each apartment layout until we found the one that was just right. My husband and I lived here for 2 years and we loved it. We liked the central location and the spacious apartments with tons of natural light. We started at a one bedroom apartment, needed to move to a two bedroom apartment midway. Akayla and Valerie did a wonderful job in the transfer process making it pass smoothly. A special shout out to the best maintenance staff who took care of requests promptly (both emergency and non-emergency). Plus you get a fair deposit return after moving out. On the Cons side, we had severe bug infestation at the first apartment that was resolved in approximately 2

I'm a former resident from many years ago, so please take what I have to say and verify it in person to ensure it's still accurate, but 54 Magnolia was easily my best rental experience of any place I've ever lived in any city. I have a hard time understanding the poor reviews that some individuals are leaving because the management I experienced was always kind, courteous, and prompt when a request was placed. Current tenant, sad to be moving. I've lived at 54 Magnolia for 2 years and it has been amazing. Grounds are always well kept, quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors, staff is always super friendly and maintenance always responded immediately if I ever made a request. Loved my little lake view and the pool was awesome too. Definitely recommend if town center is where you want to be.

I lived here for one year beginning in 2015. I will say the pool area is very nice and I liked the apartment layout itself. That's about it though because my experience was ruined by cockroaches. I am a very clean person and I kept everything tidy, no dishes in the sink, etc. Luckily, they did send pest control when I requested. They didn't make me feel bad for requesting. I requested for pest control around four times (so they came weekly for about a month). It got somewhat better, but not enough to feel livable. I just felt like whatever they were using wasn't strong enough. I

I agree that these apartments have been unfairly rated. 54 Magnolia is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. The grounds are kept up and the location is convinient to everything. The office staff is friendly and often does things like pool parties, valentine's parties, and scavenger hunts for their residents. I rarely needed maintenance done in the apartment but when needed it was always within 24hrs.

I think this place is unfairly rated. After living here for 7 months I think I can give a fairly accurate review (yes I'm a REAL renter who pays the rent every month!) . The location is perfect to work and to town center for restaurants and shopping. I love that it's close to everything but not too close. I think the office staff is awesome and they are all really nice!! They all stop to chat or say hi whenever they see you. I think that's great and goes to show that they are genuine people.

I've been here almost 5 months and I really like my apartment. I have lots of space and so much storage I can't fill it. The maintenance staff is great and usually responds to any request same day. The office staff is wonderful and very friendly. I live in Bldg 3 and have only seen 1 bug and he was deceased. I have a garage but don't see that parking in the lot is a problem. True, you probably won't be able to park directly in front of your door after 6PM but there are always plenty of spaces a short walk away. My only complaint is the noise level. The tenants make a lot of noise with loud conversations

I really dont know where all the bad comments are coming from. Magnolia54 is such a beautiful community. Friendly staff and overall a wonderful place to live. The pool area is simply mesmerizing,as well as the lake/pond. The apartments are in really good condition. I lived in building 8 and never had any problems. Also, there is a bark park for your pets, and they have a car-wash which I think is really great. The prices are reasonable. Loved it!

This place is absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. I have called management multiple times about the incessant barking at all hours of the day coming from next door, and yet nothing has been done. Recently, there have been multiple urine puddles on my floor, and upon calling management, I was told that nothing could be done unless I caught the person/animal in the act and had physical proof. Literally no help was offered at all- No notice for people to stop having their animals pee in the hallways, no request to maintenance to clean up the puddles, nothing. Not to mention the gate hasn
