Services
We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
We strive to make sure you stay informed and have the tools you need to protect yourself and your belongings. A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

New resident here! I Got an incredible deal on a 2-bedroom, the pricing here is really good for the location. The apartments are very spacious, clean, modern, and got all the cool smart-gadgets already installed. Melissa in the office helped me out and was a tremendous help through the move-in process! The whole management team is excellent. They are always happy to help and very quick to respond. I’m excited to spend the next several years here at The Outlook at Greystone! Thanks again Melissa for your outstanding attitude and passion for helping!

This place is a GODSEND & so is its staff. I had the pleasure of working with Melissa & I know she was put here just for me. I had several personal obstacles I was working through & she made sure this wasn't going to be one of those! The communication from Melissa as well as the entire staff was top tier... Everybody was hands on & so helpful & compassionate. It's within MINUTES of TWO hospitals. COUNTLESS good restaurants. A shopping mall. Wonderful school systems & great grocery stores. The property itself is so well manicured & they don't have a model that looks nothing like the other apartments

REAL REVIEW...
I've been at The Outlooks a few years now and just like any other Complex, it has its Pros/Cons, but 1 thing The Outlooks has ALWAYS been consistent with, is their Maintenence Team...they're the ABSOLUTE BEST. Yesterday I had a situation where I found out my Dad was coming from outta town and I needed assistance with a few things. It was late afternoon and Davey came through, he said he would help AFTER HOURS. It was dark, cold, but even after working ALL those hours before, who was in my apartment making sure we had everything set up for my old man....Davey, he was smiling, great

I Have lived at the property for over 5 years, I will say the location is convenient. The original managing company was more efficient with making sure everyone was comfortable and not what seems to be just the college kids. Parking is horrible and the price influx is ridiculous. The floor plan are very nice but small for the price. The maintenance team is above great, the staff seems friendly but I have had so many false promises it makes it hard to believe anything they say. I will be ending my stay unfortunately due to being unsure if the property values my residency.

Love living here! I love the maintenance team. I’ve had some little things happen recently and they’ve been very quick and efficient with their response. Kenny is always waving and friendly. Adrian has come by a few times for maintenance and was so kind. It’s so nice living here and a lot of that has to do with them making it that way!

Awesome experience, I toured several apartment complexes in the area because I was moving back home for work and was feeling discouraged everywhere I went either the staff was rude or the property didn’t feel worth the price. Abrielle Mullins did a phenomenal job saving my experience and day, as soon as I walked in I felt extremely welcomed, she was able to answer my questions with ease and showed me the entire property even in the rain while maintaining an upbeat attitude throughout my experience. There are several apartments complexes in the area but I highly suggest the Outlook at Greystone
