My spouse and I have been working with Oaktrust for several years now. During this time, management has changed hands and we have added to their inventory.
We have worked with a few of their property managers at OakTrust, and with each, it has always been a pleasant experience. There was an instance where one property manager did not fit our communication or customer service needs. This concern was addressed with the broker in charge and the reassignment of another PM was handled immediately and professionally.
We have been working with Klarissia since then 2+ years and we have really been impressed

We’ve been with Oak Trust Properties since summer and everyone has been great to work with so far. Before I can even ask a question my property manager, Klarissia, has already given us a thorough update. I rarely have to think about my property and I don’t have to check in to make sure things are being taken care of. We have rented with Oak Trust Properties for the past year. They were great when we applied for the property the process was fast and easy. We had a couple appliance issues at the beginning of our rental which were resolved quickly. Our rental associate Klarissia Barnett is great she is responsive when we call, she keeps us updated with any changes or upcoming updates. She always makes sure we are included in appointment times.

I have had Oak Trust manage my property for several years now and I have to say Amber Krayenhagen and the Oak Trust team have been professional and very responsive. I own property in Virginia and the company that I use there cannot compare to Oak Trust’s communication. I wish I had an Oak Trust equivalent there. Being in the military, I can't manage the property myself so I entrust my home into their capable hands. So far we have been renters with Oak Trust Properties for 11 months now. They are very responsive, and always offer a solution right away. I also know the owner of this rental must be simply amazing to work with. Our mail box lid wouldn't shut, so they replaced it quickly, our microwave quit working, and they replaced it in great time, our door wouldn't stay shut, they fixed it right away. There was even a time an alarm was going off that I could not place on a weekend, and they sent someone out quickly just to find out to my embarrassment that it was a dying for alarm in my garage sink. We have used Oak Trust for YEARS as we have lived in and out of the state. Every time they have been extremely responsive, professional, and courteous. Our current property manager- Klarissia has always been there for us and never made a decision on our behalf as she always asks what we would like to do first and provides us with all the necessary information and answers all our questions. I have been using Oak Trust for about three months. My previous manager allowed my last tenants to trash my house which required a month and over $20,000 to get ready to lease again. We loved the location, but it became apparent that Oak Trust was not a great property management company for renters.
