Egoscue University Approved Providers meet or exceed the required standards of the Egoscue University. They are certified Posture Alignment Specialists. The University recommends Approved Providers, because they utilize ePete software, the standard posture alignment therapy procedure program used by Egoscue Franchise clinics world-wide.

I highly recommend trainer, Sandee Lea. I have been working with Sandee for almost two years now. I began training with her the Summer of 2015, shortly after we moved to Temecula for the climate and my health. I have a connective tissue disorder and have trained with Pilates since 2002 for rehabilitation and exercise to help manage my condition.

Sandee is knowledgeable in providing therapeutic exercises, myo-fascial release exercises, and at home exercises to help you overcome your injury or condition.
As a former competitive gymnast, fitness and health have always been an integral part of my life. Over the years, finding fitness trainers who shared similar philosophies and approaches towards fitness training was never difficult. However, finding a trainer like Sandee who would challenge me and train me at the intensity level I experienced as a gymnast, proved difficult if not impossible.

A Pilates Studio specializes in training both Pre and Post Natal clients. A training schedule is designed specifically for each client, contact Sandee to determine a program for you. I began training with Sandee when I was 12 weeks pregnant. I trained twice a week up until I delivered my baby boy. I am convinced that training with Sandee gave me more energy throughout my pregnancy.

I am 34 years old, this is my first pregnancy and my first time doing Pre Natal Pilates. Joining the Pilates world, is the BEST thing I could have done for myself! Wish I started sooner! Being an avid soccer player and dancer, I've always been very active, but Pilates is a game changer for any athlete! Sandee has woken up muscles in my body, I didn't even know existed! When it comes to Pilates training Sandee certainly knows her stuff and her 12+ years of experience really shines. The private client one on one training is great and is highly motivational throughout the workout. From warm up to cool down her routines always provides me with a thorough and complete workout. Her positive attitude towards clients is refreshing and sincere and she always has a smile on her face. I highly recommend Sandee for the whole family but fair warning - she will change your life!!! Before working with Sandee, I had seen several chiropractors, massage and physical therapists as well as an acupuncturist for my neck/arm/shoulder pain — nothing helped and I was losing hope.
I had an MRI that showed herniated discs and narrowing recesses on C5-C6/C6-C7. The Osteopath I was seeing started telling me about surgical options. I wanted nothing to do with that. I also didn’t trust that this was solely disc-related.

I absolutely love working with Sandee. I started working out with her at 6 weeks pregnant, up until due date. I didn't gain excess weight, fit into my clothes up until the last 2 weeks and felt great. Labor was much easier and I was able to have the birth I wanted, which I credit pilates a lot for. I can't wait to get back at it post-partum!

I went to Sandae a few years ago and she helped me gain abdominal support after a csection. Her studio provides individual pilates or group sections on a reformer (which I find gives the best results) your body becomes strong and lean. Sandae also has reformer jump classes, spin, and yoga. Her studio is in the downstairs of a home that gives a warm comforting vive. Sandae is not just a trainer but a friendly person who shares her life and struggles as all women should. The only reason I stopped attending her classes was due to some health issues that need to be reaolved before it is safe to exercise

I started going to Pilates studio 9 months ago. I was new to Pilates and wasn't knowledgable about Pilates. I was referred by a friend who spoke very highly of the studio & the Sandi. I started taking the group class as introduction to Pilates which was great. It small group class & private. Which made me feel very comfortable being new to Pilates. I started to see results after just a few group classes which made me very happy. I needed to push myself more so I started to have personal trainer session with Sandi. I told her my needs & what I wanted to accomplished. She is AMAZING

Sande is a very insecure instructor. I have lost over 15 pounds since I switched from her training to a trainer at a gym. Which is no big deal different modalities work with different people. Here is the complaint, when she found out that I did not care too much for what she offered and had hired a trainer at a gym, she had a complete breakdown during the session witnessed by my friend. She went between crying to yelling to slamming her hands down on the equipment, it was quite the show. At the end of her emotional display I was finally given my refund. I have been working out with Sandee for 2 1/2 months now. I was looking for relief from lower back pain after hurting my back doing Cross Fit. Not only has my back pain disappeared, but I still get a great workout! Sandee knows how to adjust her workouts to fit your fitness level. If you think Pilates is just a bunch of stretching exercises, then you need to try 1 session with Sandee and let her prove you wrong. Sandee is amazing she has changed my life in a positive way. I am a 29 year old mother of two VERY active boys(8&3) we are an active family we swim, hike and bike but I and have tried all kinds of weight loss and exercises to get my body back to pre kids and have never been successful. I've done weight lifting and mixed martial arts but nothing has had the results that I get from Pilates. Its truly a full body work out every time.
